I was one of the defendants in High court partition suit.
Defendant no: 2 got an injunction that I should not enter office (one of the suit properties) which is also in my name and which I have been using since over 40 years. At the time of hearing for injunction, judge did not accept my proof, of phone, etc. that I was also using the office. and granted injunction till finalization of suit.
Now the plaintiff has withdrawn the suit.
So logically, all interim orders are no longer valid.
But other defendants have threatened if I enter the office.
Can you suggest a remedy, criminal or civil?

I have finished my 10th in the year 2008 from CBSE board. My mothers real name is Kanta Kanwar, but in the memo is Shanta Kumari and ever since I have used that name i.e, in my 12th and B.tech.
Now i want to correct my mistake and change mothers name to Kanta Kanwar in the memos
Please help me through this process.

I want to buy shop from co-operative bank lien mortgage property of borrower, In present Borrower's total due with interest in bank is higher than the shop's Market Value, because In past he took OD or CC by property mortgage & other security ( like goods stock etc) is also include in his security for OD-CC borrowing from Bank.
Now bank administrative director has say me that they want to do complete settlement borrower’s total due by sale his property.
Is it possible for bank to do settlement of total due of money with interest against shop, because total due is higher than property market value which they want to sale to me
Than what is the legal method & way for me to buy that property
I also want to know that Can a Co-operative Bank can legally sale me property directly by private treaty without public auction or tender
Please give me short detail of all legal steps starts to end for buy this property, so it can not generate any legal problem for me in future
Please give me reply as soon as possible so i can take the decision to buy that property

my self santosh, my father passed away 3 year before now in the time of father we have some property chatishgarh jagdalpur , i stay hyderabad.my two elder brother they stay jagdalpur, i am asking to do property division but they r saying we will not give any property to me because they r planning to sell property for their girls mariage even they are giving threatening to me, if i go there( jagdalpur) , they will arange some gunda to beat me, my mother stays with them she supporting me but my brothers denying to give any property.please help me in this matter.
