the petitioner after filing petition under sec. 13(i)(ia) of Hindu marriage Act for divorce and when repsondent (wife) contested the matter and when the case is posted for evidence, he filed application u/O.VI, R.17 of CPC and sought alternative relief of conjugal rights.
Whether at this stage this application is maintainable in the eyes of law?

SIR,
MY WIFE HAS FILED MAINTENANCE CASE u/s 125 AFTER DESERTING ME . IT WAS THE SECOND MARRIAGE FOR BOTH OF US WITH ONE ONE CHILD FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGE.
UNDER PRESSURE I HAVE TO SIGNED THE ADOPTION OF HER DAUGHTER FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. WHICH IS PENDING IN THE COURT FOR CANCELLATION.
IN HER MAINTENANCE CASE SHE IS THE ONLY SOLE APPLICANT NOT HER DAUGHTER UNDER HER GUARDIANSHIP. BUT COURT HAS ORDERED THE INTERIM MAINTENANCE FOR BOTH COATING THAT THE INTERIM MAINTENANCE FOR APPLICANT NO. 1 AND THE INTERIM MAINTENANCE FOR APPLICANT NO. 2. I HAVE FILED THE REVISION AGAINST THE INTERIM MAINTENANCE ORDER.
CAN I CLAIM THAT IN THE COMPLAINT CASE ONLY ONE APPLICANT IS THEIR NOT THE. AND IN THIS CASE HER DAUGHTER IS AUTHORIZED TO GET MAINTENANCE FROM ME OR NOT.

My niece is the victim in a prosecution case. She wants that she be made a party in the case so that so that there is check on the PP and he is not able to connive with with the accused who are influential and rich people.
Please advise as to how can this be done.

A company requested an employee to submit his resignation and not serve the notice period. The candidate is working as a manager.
Salary breakup is as follows :
Basic - 11500
H R A - 4600
Transport Allowance - 4600
Medical Allowance - 2300
Gross Pay - 23000
and PF deductions only.
Total take home pay is 23000 minus P Tax and PF.
As per the terms of his appointment letter nothing has been mentioned regarding notice pay except that one month's notice shall be given by both sides after confirmation. Employment is confirmed.
My question is what should be the notice pay at the end of the one month.
What should the notice pay be for full and final settlement of the candidate - should it be only basic salary or salary last drawn i.e. 23000 minus P Tax and PF.
Appointment letter is attched for your reference.
Please respond urgently. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
My friend has given some soft loan in form of cash to his friend of Rs. 150000/- to the condition that he has to repay loan within 3 months. lender do not have any proof of loan, only on the mutual understanding he have loan.
Now the 8 months completed borrower has not repay the loan, now the lender having some trouble, he is ask for the repayment, but borrower ignore him.
Please tell me suggestion how to sort out this problem.
