Can any one let me know whether there is any change or modification to FORM V - Certificate given by Principal Employer to the Contractor - Under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act and Rules.
If yes can any one share me the Format please....

I M the Landlord of a property in Mumbai.I have filed a eviction suit against a Hospital who is my Tenant and has committed various breaches of Tenancy like Illegal Additions/Alterations , Encroachment of Common Staircase passage. Altering the whole BMC santioned plan .
My cross examination has started . The BMC had not renewed the License and Registration of this Hospital from April 2010 till Mar 2014.Since the matter is sub judice I had put up my complaints the BMC officials had been notified by me NOT to renew the License without my NOC .
However the new officials who have joined recently have informed me that they have renewed the License for 3 years. I have been fighting with my suit and BMC for last 6 years and now they have renewed the License without even informing me.
Sir Since my cross is going on can I inform the court about this as all the complaints lodged by me with BMC have been filed as evidence in the court.
Can the court order the BMC to revoke the License. For your kind information the BMC officialc had infact asked the NUrsing home to close down its nursing activity as the License and Registration have nOT been renewed.
Sir Please advice me.

I had filed suit for possession of open land in civil court under transfer of property act as lease deed unregistered for the open land. On very first date advocate of defendant appeared filed application to dismiss the suit or return the plaint to plaintiff after the proper valuation. Their contention is that at the time of entering the lease deed the one structure was existing on the suit property which was of of previous lessee. So plaintiff have not done proper valuation of suit property and not affixed proper stamp. While in our agreement to lease in one clause it was clearly mentioned that Lessor is giving open land only. Is at very primary stage when ISSUES are not framed suit can be dismissed without giving chance to hear. As I have filed suit on my own without any advocate should I on next date file say? Pl advise.

In order to rent out a residential property in Delhi which is the safest option for a landlord: Lease/Rent/Leave and license agreement.
Please explain in details.

Two parties enter an agreement with arbitration clause, both started with dispute party B found that party A has cheated them so approach ICA for appointing Arbitrator. Meanwhile Party B went to pick their material from site which stood missing so they made police complaint. Police registered FIR after investigation and arrested few people of party A then police found that party A not only stole material of Party B but also forged an agreement which was signed between parties. So they added offences to FIR. After party B realised that an agreement has been forged so they approached arbitrator that their agreement has been forged and FIR has been registered which would make agreement null and void ab initio as well as arbitration clause of agreement.
Party B was never replied by arbitrator on the same meanwhile party A approached high court for quashing of FIR which got dismissed. After few months party B was sent Arbitration orders that as you wished to withdraw your claim and not pursue further, arbitrator pursued counter claim of party A taking 12 lacs as arbitration fees, and gave ex-parte decision in favour of party A for their claim.
Now party B approached high court saying as mentioned in arbitration orders it never wished to withdraw the claim rather they had mentioned that a police FIR is registered and forgery offences are added making agreement and arbitration clause null n void ab initio which is documented proof.
So would need your expert's guidance, what could be done and what is the remedy? How can arbitrator's ecparte orders be set aside?

Dear Sir(s),
Ptana High Court granted provisional bail subject to payment Rs. 500pm to wife. high court sent the case for mediation to submit report by 30 june.
next hearing is to be held in first week of july on bail case. i denied to live with such wife who lodged false case on me and my old age parent and i have fear of life to live with her. it means mediation is failed.
kindly suggest : what action of patana high court will take on my provisional bail garted till now ?

We have a neighbor who is sporting a Visiting card having the Ashoka Chakra in gold embossing dead centre of the card. Below this is her name and on the left hand side is the address of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment New Delhi address while on the right hand side is her residential address.
She owns a private vehicle with no official markings on it but it is mainly used by her husband (who is understood to be a foreign passport holder)who has been involved in huge cases with the DRI (Dept of Revenue Intelligence, was on the run for months and when caught was in their custody for a long time.
The visiting card is being flashed around to constables,toll gate attendants, etc to get away from petty crimes etc like driving on the wrong side of the road.
Lately there was an altercation in our Society where this person brought in hired goondas and they beat up members of the Society in Society premises causing grievous injury to some.
To cover this, the female in question went n filed a false molestation charge against society members so the police are refusing to accept individual assault charges of members against her, her husband and the hired goons (we hear they are foreigners too).
Society CCTV footage exists but the police are "scared" because of her visiting card.
What do we do- we know the card is bogus but do not know how to officially find out about it?

Land aquired by govt.of maharastra at pune
Govt of Maharashtra acquired my grand father land for building a dam at pune district but till date we are not getting any benefit from govt.we don't having any proof for that so can you help for me.
