my wife files false 498a,323,114,dp 3-7, and she is working as a teacher in Ahmadabad municipal school( Nagar Nigam school of govt of gujarat) she is in class-3 worker category.
now i want to know in which section in RTI act 2005 husband have right to ask and get wife salary details?
how to get my wife details through RTI act 2005.?

I am a geologist working in Geological Survey of India, Ranchi. Except me all others in my office got their salary for May 2014. Already given complaint regarding this to concerned ministry and other higher authorities. I received salary for May 2014 only on 24-6-2014. Due to some problem in office (mental harassment) I was on leave from 3-10-2014 to 5-5-2014. Till january 2014 I have leave and after that EOL. I have joined service on 1-10-2010.
By an order I have been transfered to Kochi with effect from 1-10-2013. I also received a letter (on August 2013) from Head of Office that I will be released after completing the official work. But my transfer has deferred pertaining to submission of an official report. The report was submitted in November 2013. But again my transfer has deferred till further order. This I have also conveyed to concerned ministry. What does it mean? Why my salary delyed? When I will get a release order? what I should do? Kindly reply me.

Dear Sir,
In one case police has filed F.I.R in section 504,506 and 324 against them they taken bail next day after that they are going to court on date but the person who filed complaint against them he is ready to withdraw his case against them.
1) What is procedure for withdraw that case.

Respected experts ,
Please suggest can the company give Special power of attorney to other COMPANY ?
is it necessary to represent the company by some individual name ?
is it possible to avoid name of any individual -its it ok if A Company give POA to B (just name of company ) -is it possible ?
Section -1A of POA ACT says -specified person -does it mean human being or legal person (company)

Hi,
I am Abhigyan Srivastava.
I and my wife are staying separately for last 1 year. We have a daughter who is 3.8 months old now.
I have filed a RCR petition in Pune.
Her father owns a flat in same society where I stay and her parents used to stay in Pune in the same flat.
During Jan 2013-June 2013 she stayed at her father’s place in Pune following tiff between us.
She returned in mid June 2013 and in July she along with her parents shifted to Delhi with my daughter.
While she was staying in Pune, I used to go to her place and used to pick my daughter and after spending some time with my daughter, I used to drop her back.
In one such visit in Feb 2013 when I went to pick my daughter, I saw my father in law was touching my daughter inappropriately all over. When I asked him, he said my daughter had a itching so he was comforting her. I felt it fishy, but c’d not day much. Again in June 2013, I noticed him touching my daughter’s private parts, on my query he replied, he was checking, if she has urinated or not. On Both occasions, my wife and her mother were not present around my daughter.
I could not say this to my wife then fearing her violent outburst and more so she was not in talking terms with me.
After they shifted to Delhi, I tried to contact them but all in vain. But after continuous efforts, she returned in Feb 2014.
She entered in to an agreement with me on plain paper in front of witnesses, agreeing that she wd never use our child as pawn and would grant me custody and access for better security and safety.
In Mar 2014, while I was playing with my daughter I noticed her behavior little improper. She used to touch my face with her tongue, when I asked her its not proper, she replied, “Nanu also does this”. I immediately brought it to the notice of my wife, she confronted me saying “my character is Bad, not her fathers” Post this argument, she again flew off to Delhi, without intimating me and when I tried to contact them, she shouted back “come and take away your daughter, no one wants her here”, I have recorded it. When I said I will come and take my daughter away, she said” 1st you proof your character is fine, then you take my daughter” She abused and shouted, this all has been recorded.
So on three occasions I noticed my father in Law’s abnormal behavior.
Then I messaged my wife via sms and mail on various osscaiosn that our daughter c’d be exposed to sexual exploitation in your absence, I did not directly say its her father who c’d be harmful fearing she wd implicate me in false charges of sexual violation of my own child.
Highlights of my petition:
1. I have filed a RCR petition and in that I have mentioned that our daughter cd be exposed to such danger of sexual exploitation in case of singe parenting.
2. I have also asked for her interim custody and raised question on her intention to leave the city and requested to come back and raise the child together.
3. I can work from home, while she has to go out to work.
4. I have fulfilled my duties as a mother while my daughter used to come to my place daily.
My doubts are:-
1. I have not highlighted the exact facts about the sexual exploitation so far in my petition. Should I wait for the 1st hearing and then depending on the outcome, should I do the amendment in the main petition and custody petition?
2. I went to police, they assured that my father in law will be arrested but suggested me to go through court, if I want custody of the child.
3. Police told me, if without court orders, I try to take away my child form their custody, they will have to register a kidnapping case against me along with other cases (may be 498A etc) and finally my daughter will be taken away from me and be given back to my wife.
My Question is:-
1. When should I inform the facts to the court, after 1st appearance of my wife, by way of amendment procedure?
2. If my wife appear with my daughter, should I take my daughter in my custody and immediately inform the police about my father in Law’s misdeed and apply for amendment procedure in court?
3. Should I at least secure visitation rights and on 1st or 2nd visitation I come back with my daughter to Pune and register the complaint?
4. My only aim is to secure my child, how do I achieve it?
5. Even though Police my register a kidnapping case against me, will my reasons for securing my child not enough to get anticipatory bail?
6. Will my daughter be exposed to some medical tests? Considering I am only complaining U/S 354.
Kindly suggest actions, I am feeling very helpless and under depression. I am undergoing treatment.

Gentlemen
I am in dilemma,
I am legally divirced( family Court- Bandra)
and after staying single for 4 yrs, I married a divorcee(2002 Nov) Doctor female with a child of 13 yrs out of her first wedlock. Later on( when I went to register our marriage at Bandra East court) I came to know that she had only one notarised affidavit to show as her divorce, which a learned Lawyer told us that was not leagal divorce, But by this time I had become affectionate with daughter of 13 and I just loved this daughter.
I purchased lot of property on Joint names of myself and this so called wife, But now she has become GREEDY and she is harassing me to write away all my property and bank balance to her, she ill treats me and even has beaten me once.
My question is:
What is the way to get rid of her?
I have lot of property with joint names, what about that?
Still, I would not mind if she walks away with property, but If at all I transfer my entire earnings and property to her, I am worried, she will just put me on Footpath next day, thus I wish to reduce my losses and live.

7 friends come together and purchased a Plot of Land and Constructed 10 Flats on the Land, they have executed the deed of declaration and Paid the stamp duty on Land but not on the constructed property
now they wanted to sell one of the Flat to another person, for which they have registered Deed of Declaration stating as owners of the Property, But the Legal search team of the SBI Says that Legal title will not pass to the owner unless the Payment for stamp duty is made on construction value.
Now I had recently made the agreement to sale with one of the person from 7 Friends
I have the following questions
1.Is my agreement void
2. if it is void how can I get back the registration fees and stamp duty
3. what are remedies available to rectify the same
4. this issue is of Maharashtra
5.how the My agreement of sale for flat will be valide, what are the steps I should take.

I own a piece of agricultural land near chennai and it is bordered with some palmyra trees [about 35 years old]and inside the land there were a few Cocoanut trees[ about 25 years old] planted. When I visited the land recently a few trees of Cocoanut trees and Palmyra trees were cut down. On enquiry it is known that it is planned to draw H.T.Cables over the land and to facilitate this the persons have cut the trees.
My doubt is whether they can trespass my land like this and also cut the living trees without giving notice to me as the owner of the land, and if not what is the remedy.Are they authorised to proceed like this?
Please educate me and also the possible appropriate actions to be taken against them [ to whom to address]

husband filed annulment of marriage on the ground of fraud that financial conditions of father was misrepresented and wife unwillingly married without consent to marry. The case was dismissed during appeal husband came to know abt the love affair of wife. Can the facts related to love affair of wife be brought out in appeal will it be deemed as fresh cause of action if not whatis the right course whether amend the case or file a petition for additional evidence
