1. A shipping company in 2004 w/o any reason issued a letter to one of their permanent Master of ship refusing any further employment as a Master, Stops all his pay and allowances, makes EPF and other funds dormant.

Hi,
I found a Gated Community Layout in Horamavu(Kalkere)and liked a plot in it. When I got the documents for legal verification I found that it was a Inam Land and the brief details is as below:
1. Order in LRF case No. 101/1956-57 for Sy. No xyz measuring N acres in the name of ABC (wherein ABC was declared as permanent occupant). --> executed in 1958.
2. Endorsement isued by Special DC under Inam Abolition Act for Sy No. xyz meaasuring N acres in the name of ABC. --> executed in 1964.
3. Endorsement issued by Tahasiladr stating Sy.No. xyz measuring N acres doesn't come under sec 1, 7, 7A of Land Reforms Act. --> executed in 2011.
4. Endorsement issued by Tahasiladr stating there are no cases under PTCL Act.
Rest all documents looks clear (DC converted, A-khatha, EC, RTC, Layout Approval etc..)
Please help to suggest whether it is safe to buy a plot here?

We have made sales to a party in delhi from bangalore and he has accepted the material and against which he has issued form C which shows he has received the material and now he claims that the outstanding payment is not due according to him. Please help us out on the judgement copies relating to such cases

My mother had filed a complaint with senior police officers and the concerned police station had lodged an FIR u/s 420 & 406 and also given an endorsement calling him a culprit and even things were seized & witnessed to the court. He was sent to judicial custody and was released on conditional bail. Later on we were told by d police that the hearing where i m witness is supposed to happen in June while last week that the case was disposed by the court wtht infrmng or calling the complainaint or witness to court. There was also another FIR u/s 506,507 & IT Act on the same person along with his sister and with evidence.Yet this was as well close
d in the same manner. Also
we were intimidated from stpng us to pursue the cases & influence ws used by the other party in the case. Now say a lawyer reopens d case or challenges it , with evidence and also allege gross manipulation of evidence as there is evidence to that, can he request an arrest warrant from the court or is it issued post the fir is reopened. ?

Sir, My query is whether a Succession Certificate u/s 372 of the Succession Act can be given in respect of contents kept in a Locker of a Bank.
Background- 'A' died without leaving a will. There is no nomination in respect of a Locker A/C with a Bank. The legal heirs want to have access to the said Locker. Can they apply to the Court for issue of Succession Certificate in respect of contents of a Locker. Respected Experts, please guide...

can an accused be charged with both the sections 34 & 120-B IPC simultaneously.as i have seen it in many cases that police at the time of filing of chargesheet imputes both the sections.

I am Sivakumar from Tamilnadu, I have decided to buy a home. I gave advance 50,000 rupees, after 90day going to registration. between time my company contract close, so I don't have job now.
