In fact, the said 15% cess was not mentioned in the said act, except in the said rule. my question is does the said act and the rule not incorporated each other as the act does not mention the said 15% cess of the land value but only the rule mention about it. Further, can you plis tell me that can rules be made if it didnot say/mention in the act, as the above case.

Mutation of land to my (kashtkar) name from owners name(zamindar

Sir,

I have 10 Bighas of agricultural land (mandi, Himachal pradesh) in my possession but few days bacck I got to know that I am listed as kashtkar on that land. And it's actual owner is stated to be some widow of some zamindar.

She has her name as owner since and before freedom and her whereabout's are not know since long before freedom and nothing is known about her legal hires either. Even my house land is in same situation.

Now I am confused if I have any legal right on this property or not. I have inherited this land from my ancestors. And I am not the only one with this situations as most of the land around mine is also in her name with current occupants as kastkar's.

So, the question is that Is it possible to get mutation of this land in my name and how ?

Thank you very much.

Quit bank clerk job without giving notice

I was working with a reputed nationalized bank. But due some serious problem I left bank. I did not given a resignation letter as I was thinking that I could join after a few days. Since I was in probation and only completed 2 months I thought that I will be terminated after a month or so.

Now after 120 days the manager has send a e-mail stating that I should immediately report to Branch or disciplinary action will be initiated to me. I am not in position to go that bank which is very far from house and it is in rural area.

Could some one guide me what action can they take against me??

Damages for breach of fundamental right (art 21 and 14)

In the writ Petition under Art 226 to redress the fatal breach of fundamental rights (Art 21 and 14) by the state functionary and also judiciary, .... Is it allowed to demand the damages and compensation for the injury caused and harm to physical and mental trauma psychological injuries etc.??

OR

Would the HC ask the petitioner to file civil suit for damages?

Is it proper for HC to say that HC would only deal with breach of FR and damages should be dealt by the civil court?
