Hello sir,
1)women cell no compromise wife going for case 498a Dowry. its been 8 days no FIR filed so is there any time period for FIR.
2)My marriage held in jabalpur M.P after that lived in gurgaon in rented house.so my question is that wife can file false Dowry case in M.P as my marriage held in M.P or she can also filed in Gurgaon.
3) In the women cell i clearly said take your all accassries as per list given as soon as possible she said i do not want my "Saman" like sofa,Tv i need cash for that.
so please suggest to me.

i am in trouble because i had married the second time without divorce with the first wife. at the early age i was in love with a girl but my parents forced me to get married with another girl after that i had a baby also with my first wife that is also due to mental pressure of my parents.later on i decided to get marry to the girl i love and i got married second time by my wish without getting divorce.
now its been 25 year of my second marriage and from last 27 years i got seperated from the first wife without divorce but now i want to get divorce from my first wife and she is not ready what should i do, how my first marriage can be said dissolute? please help

I am from singapore married in Goa and christian by relgion.
We got married in 2010. After marriage seen lot of trauma ranging from in laws issue to mental suffering and what all. I even have miscarriage and almost on death bed due to all this suffering.
We tried all thing like counselling and other but nothing working out but nothing work out and I had to force myself to live seperately since last year.
I am trying to workout with my partenr wherein he sometime get okay for mutual consent divorce but then later on just deny..
I want to know what is the best way for me to apply for divorce in Goa as i understand laws are bit different in goa then rest of country and how quickly i can get it and is there any way if we file mutually and thereafter he refuse i dont have any time loss..
All help and advice appreciated

Dear Sir,
At the time of emergency like Toilet or Latrine if any person Entered into restricted area like Railway Union Office for Toilet.
1) Can it is offence in the Eyes of Law.
2) How Much Penalty occurs if he Entered in restriction area for Toilet & Latrine.

Hello,
Can I gift one property to my sister through the gift deed registration and then take the money as a GIFT, is this OK? Will it attract the property Gain tax, will it be considered as evading the Stamp duty?. Please help

According to Bombay High Court, Hindus who tie the knot with non-hindus can not seek divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act. So, please assist me how the divorce can be filed between a hindu and non-hindu

Dear Experts,
Thank You for reading this post. i have an inquiry, A month back my commercial vehicle hit a pedestrian from Bihar as he was crossing the road. Later took him to the hospital and treated him for few days. The injured ( Fracture in one bone). Police registered the case and my driver was arrested and later released on bail. I have already released my vehicle. chargesheet has been filled in the court. Now i am receiving threatening calls from some person claiming to be the lawyer of the injured. He has even sent a non judicial notice in my favor asking for 6 lacks as compensation. i was not worried as i was told that the insurance company will take care of the claim if any arises. but today i found out that my driver has two licences one a fake commercial licence. and one genuine L.M.V. licence almost 3 years old. I dont know what should i do now. shall i bow or is there anyway any law which can spare me from paying any compensation if arises. Further i need to know can the injured / advocate file a case in his home state for the compensation and if he does will that mean that i have to go to his home state to defend the case.

I wanted to construct the Apartment under Maharashtra Apartment ownership Act, on my purchased land and Later on wanted to Sale .Kindly Confirm the Actions required
only executing on Rs.100 Deed of Declaration is enough or I have to pay any duty along with Land & Building construction value Or Land Value. When will be the stamp duty point if it is developed by all the owners of Land.
