A false molestation case has been filed against me in a property dispute issue. The lady and her husband want to do expansion over house to which my mother denied always.
The lady and her husband have filed a case against me but have written very misleading, false and derogatory facts in chargesheet about my mother like we are badmaash and we threaten people in society. I have an application signed from all people in society who claimed that we have been always helpful, kind and are honest people.
Can my mother file a defamation case against that lady and her husband.
Or we need to wait for court verdict before filing?

Dear Ma'am/ Sir,
We are purchasing a running business from a private Ltd. company and the company is defalter in service tax, ROC & Income tax Act.
Therefore we have changed the nomenclature of transaction;
WE have taken a bill of Movable tangible assets on Letter Head of Company and signing a SALE DEED for purchasing Brand Name of the Business and restricting the company for not doing same kind of business with the same name in future.
Hence my query is:
1. Whether we can sign sale deed for purchasing Brand Name or Not?
2. Is Brand Name covered in the Definition of Property since there is any definition of Property in "Transfer of Property Act"?
3. How Much Stamp Duty will be levied for sale deed if Consideration paid for Brand is Rs. 125000?
4. And, Is registration of Deed with the registrar is compulsory?
Please Advice... :)

Stamp Duty on the transfer of immovable property to bllod relations has been waived in Punjab and Haryana.
What is the positin in this regard in the State of Delhi?
Hello sir I have a question regarding a land issue
My maternal grandfather (X) has a property of approx. 1.50 acre land which was purchased by him during his lifetime.
My grandfather (X) died in 1977 without any will. He has a wife (Y), one son (A) and two daughters (B,C)(younger daughter is my mother).
In 1994 two daughters (B, C) gave GPA for the above land to their brother (A). GPA is not given by their mother (Y). Will such GPA be valid for the whole property?
Their mother (Y) died in 1997 without any will. She (Y) had not received any share during her lifetime in the above property
Now the whole property is being enjoyed by (A).
Now I request you to provide me solution for the question- whether Two daughters (B,C) are entitled to receive any share in the above said property.
If B,C are entitled to any share how to proceed further. Please advice
Thanks in advance.
Reimbursement of sick leave compenstion
I have retired from a defence PSU in Oct 2007 and at the time of retirement( superannuation) half of sick leave to my credit was compensated as cash and given to me. A Pension scheme has been introduced in Jan 2014 by Govt for employees who retired wef Apr 2007. My Organisation is asking me to refund sickleave encashment before they give me benifit of pension. Is this justified? Let me have your advise please.
