In civil suit is it essential to take advocate commissioner report to prove our case or
is it enough if we submit all documents
related to property and case.

In evidence I filed documents of the property i.e sale deed ,as original is not available I filed certified copy,is this enough.

I sold a piece of land to an individual based on a agreement and received money for same. Later it turns out the money was siphoned illegally from a educational society and paid to me. Can i be held responsible for taking stolen money? Can I declare the agreement as null & void because of illegal consideration? I found out only recently that it was siphoned money.

my wife file false 498a,323,114,dp 3.7 . I got a stay from high court gujarat. Now i filed complain in session court under sec 211 read with 202,203 and 114, 120b, accept by session court agmedabad nd i mention all my wife family member name includeing her jijaji and he is advocate. Now i want to complain her jijaji in bar council of gujarat so they will cancel him sanad. Pls guide me how nd where i can complin against my wife jijaji so he will lose him advocate regirstration / sanad. Pls guide me if any other way to cancle my wife jijaji reg.../sanad from bar council of gujarat. Pls give me any drafting example

Defendant was admitted signature in promissory note. But plaintiff was stated in his evidence execution time of the promissory note is 11.30 AM. But plaintiff is worked his concern at the time of execution of promissory note. Plaintiff 's interval time is 12.00 pm ti 1. 00 pm. Any valid defendant for the defendant?

Kindly help me out in this matter. My metarnal grandfather is farmer in village from 1950 to 1985 because I have 7/12 of that land and as per that record he is farmer till 1985. On that land our Farmer name is Hanu Mavshang. This Property actually belongs to My metarnal grandfather's father because we have 7/12 from 1913-1918, so it is a parental property for my metarnal grandfather. In this 7/12 some no. are reflecting which are related to notification of that land. 207 - Himatlal, Vrajlal and Amrutlal Ambashankar are main A/c Holder. 2117 - Himatlal, Vrajlal and Amrutlal Ambashankar. (This note is for issue new survey no. or you can say that replacing old survey no.) 2286 - Nagji Hanubhai buy the land from Himatlal, Vrajlal and Amrutlal Ambashankar (In above not - They are not mention Dastavej Doc. No. and any other details. Even though I get the dastavej but it is in the name of buyer's father and talati directly involve his son name instead of father. One more thing Dastavej is not including all the people sign, it's include on Himatlal Ambashankar Sign remaining 2 people sign is not in the dastavej.) Here, I am giving you no. and it's content. I have document 7/12 - From 1950 to 1986. (Reflacting our name 1950-1985) Dastavej (Sale deed) - Copy ( It's done in 1957 and its effect came in 1985 but dastavej content only one person sign but A/c holders are 3 person.) Tippan - Map or sketch of the land. Survey Report - Copy What other documents I required to prove my self as a farmer or reopen my a/c as a farmer. Pleas help me out in this matter. Respected All Members, I have three questions regarding facts of a defamation case (among my family members) Regarding a trust:-
-Can a trustee be removed from the trust if he has denied giving power of attorney to a person ??
-Can the person having power of attorney remove the trustee and change the trust completely including the benefeciaries ??
-How to prove the fact that there was no change in the trust if the attorney with fraud has chnged the trustee and the benefeciaries ???
-Does any third party can have role in the trust excpet beneficiaries and trusties ???
(In case if i have posted any wrong question then I am sorry to all the members. I dont have much knowledge about the Trust laws. I am just a 19yr old student of Ipcc group of CA, so plz in case of any mistake plz forgive me.)

sir,
mere sister ki shadi 3dec.2007 ko hue thi.usko do bachche bhi hai.uska sasuraal mumbai me hai.dusra bachcha 8aug2011 ko hone k baad sasuraal walo ne use mayke bhej dia or 6 mahine baad divorce ka notice bhej diya.currently meri behan mayke me hai.ladke ne dusri shadi kar li hai.
divorce is base par usne ek tarfa le liya hai ki ladki ek saal se jyada time se apne mayke me hai,jabki divorce k liye kisi bhi tarike ka notice nhi diya gya hai or na he Meri behan ne apni sahmati di hai divorce k liy.meri behan apne pita par aasrit(depend)hai.
please give me suggetion in fevour of my sister.
