Sir,
If a tour Operator(Registered in mumbai) books Hotel accommodation in J&K then whether service tax is leviable on it?also as per which rule of Place of provision rules,2012.
Whether Tour operator would be considered as an "Intermediary"[Rule 2(f)of Place of provision rules,2012.]
Whether it would be covered under Rule 9 or Rule 8 of Place of provision rules,2012.(assuming that the tour operator is providing Main service).

i wish to purchase a property near to my clinic.
but the property is divided between three brothers . and a case is filed against the three brothers because they have excluded the sister from the property.
and the portion i am thinking to buy , the owner has shown me his pan card and driving licence which has different names in the place of his fathers name and the deed shows a different name.
is it advisible to invest in such a property.
will there be any problem keeping in mind that all the documents and proofs they have shown me have different names and a court case is on the house ???

Complaint for deficiency in service against builder was dismissed by District Forum,State commission,National Commission and Supreme Court.
I have noticed that principal of natural justice was denied to me &court has not considered all relevant documents on record and two prayers were not considered in orders by all courts&if considered by courts judgement would have been opposit
What is the remedy to sqash the order?
Can I file application u/s151,152,153 to NC or HC
Can I file article226/227 to HC
Can I file article 32 to SC to sqash the impunged order?.

Sir my self Joydeep Mukherjee,I purchased Heromotocorp 110 cc new bike passion X pro from Automobikes showroom Ranchi, Jharkhand on 02.06.2013.
Following are the below stated points which i want to state you so that i get the best suggession for clamining compensasion against defective bike :-
1) Job card No-4204 dated 15/06/2013 I stated service provider that why chain spocket looses so early. Service provider answered it is natural will be okay after service.
2) Job card No-6789 dated 28/07/2013 I again stated about chain problem. Service provider replied the same.
3) Job card No-9860 dated 15/09/2013 I again stated about chain problem adding that horn and light dipper switch are not working properly, also their is friction in back tyre area. Service provider replied its rainy days it okay will be rectified after service.
4) Job card No-13302 dated 17/11/2013 I again stated about chain problem adding that their is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied you replace the old chain spocket and brake showl with new one.
5) Job card No-17682 dated 02/02/2014 I again stated about chain problem adding that their is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied you replace the old chain spocket and brake showl with new one. They also changed right rear indicator as it was not working.
6) Job card No-144 dated 04/04/2014 again stated about chain problem adding that their is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied it will be rectifeid after service. Also they changed tail light bulb stated it was fused.
All the above services are free services provided by Heromotecorp. All the services have been taken within the stipulated span of time and kilometers.
7) Job card No-18839 dated 23/02/2014 I on suggession from service provider replaced the old chain spocket and brake showl with the new one.
8) Job card No-3320 dated 01/06/2014 I availed the paid service stating their again is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied it will be rectified.
9) Job card No-4665 dated 25/06/2014 I visited service center as their was gear problem. Service provider on inspection told shift return spring is broken and needed to be changed, I agreed and told to replace it. After its repiar they agian told me that Gear pioneer device (GPD) is broken. I asked service provider what is the reason behind this they casually told me someone might have kicked it forcefully, despite their is no external damage in engine area...
Sir i want the best possible guidelines from your's end so that i can successfully get the full compensation ie Bike price along with all payment made plus my mental harasment.
I will eagerly wait for your guidelines.

sir, I am a registered coal trader in c.g. state. I purchase coal from secl. secl sales coal in two conditions 1. coal for within state in which they charge 5% vat. 2. coal for other state in which they charge 5% cst without c form. in both conditions this is printed in d/o . sir my questions is when I purchase coal for out state and mantion that I purchase coal for state u.p and w.b , then secl issue the d/o for the same charged 5% cst. some of the official of sales tax tells that you have to pay the vat of 5% because u sale this coal in c.g. for delievery in u.p. . I tell this thing to many traders they all says sales tax officer tell him to do that also. I am puzalled when I purchase coal for out state and sell it to out state then why I have to pay cst, when I pay cst for that in full 5% rate. what I have to do, what I mention in bills I issue, if I have to collect cst and pay. what the rule says, . problem is when a trader purchase coal for state he has to pay vat @5% . he stock it and than sales to other state @ 5% or @2% with c form , than he is intitled to clam itr of tax . if I do the same they told to pay extra cst of 5%. please help me in this. if any book available in hindi in cst than suggest me. if any sitetion available ple refer me.

A State Government have invalidate all student university degree to a particular university, Government have send letter to each student .
Earlier supreme court order them to “sympathetically considered ”,but instead of consider they have invalidate all. The university is Govt. recognized and UGC recognized also
Student went to supreme court lawyers to file case , lawyer said first have to file in State high court . Lawyer said each student have to file separate case or form a union or society and collectively file a single case

Property rights
my brothers have divided the property within themselves without including me in it.
the propert says that my mother has nly 3 children wheras i am excluded.
there is no mention of my name neither any thing has been given to me
