Hi Sir,
We have an agricultural land in mangadevadi, pune. I heard that the village is coming under pune corporation. We want to do construction on this land. the land is 150-200 mtr away from grampanchayat office and school. when i went to town planning department to ask about NA process they said that they dont have any information about town planning of mangadevadi. they suggested to wait for some months till the PMC acquires mangadevadi, The GR is under the sanction process. I want to know that what can I do to do the legal construction on my land. i heard that if i will do NA, then I can do 75% construction on my land. Can anybody suggest me please.

Hi sir,
I have decided to buy an under construction flat which they promises to be delivered by October this year ,2014.
This residential project has land area of 56 cents, but in agreement they have written as 46 cents. When enquired they said those 10 cents will be separately registered in the name of association. They also included they bought 10cents of land after building approval so cant be shown in agreement.
Those 10 cents will be used for car parking.
Can you guide me with above query. Is registering in the name of association without showing in agreement is fine?
Expecting your reply at the earliest.
Dear Sir,
In case of cousin, wife is not ready to live together after she went for delivery, she didn't come back. She delivered a baby girl. Main reason of not coming is cousin ask her to leave her job but she is not willing. Apart from that there are so many difference of opinion and now cousin also don't want to live with her. They had a marriage before 3 years. But since last 2 and half year she is at her parent's home.
Both are of age group of 40-45 years. Family meeting etc done but all in vain. From common friends, my cousin came to know that she is determined not to give divorce but at the same time don't want to live with him.
All lawyers said to my cousin that once you file for divorce she will ask for maintenance for herself and child. And if she is determined not to give divorce, then she can easily stretch this case upto 8-10 years in our legal system by appealing to higher courts.
RCR also won't help as now if she comes, he don't want to live with her. [She had already filed a false police complaint against him, which police didn't entertain because of the wrong allegation apparently any one can assess.]
Is there any other way out ?

my grandfather inherited ancestral property from his father after his death as per hindu succession act(shared with his brother), my grandfather has 3daughters and 1 son(my father),now my grandfather wants to transfer all those ancestral land to me as my father is an alcoholic and family is afraid that after my grand father he may sell all land and waste the money.
If transfer can't be done then is it possible for me to bar my father from selling land or mortgage it without my consent?
Mistake in deed
suit property’s boundary measurements are wrongly stated in the Release deed dated 30.11.2011 and sale deed dated infavour of A dated 13.12.1958.Originally boundaries of the property is as follows;
East-west bothside 49 feet and north-south bothside 22 feet ,
but same was mistakenly states that
East –west both side 22 feet and north-south both side 49 feet. `
My doubt is following prayer is maintainable or not?
Declaring that the correct oundary measurement of the suit property in the sale deed dated 13.12.1958, Document No. 2148/1958 Palladam S.R.O, infavour of A. Muthusamy is East-West bothside 49 feet and north-south bothside 22 feet.
