village saqdarpur as I found on govt website is rural(http://delhi.gov.in/wps/wcm/connect/doit_land_building/Land/Home/List+of+Urbanized+Village).
But in a judgement(RAFI AHMAD KKHAN VS. JALALUDIN) it is said to be urbanised and included in Municipal Committee Shahdara, hence covered under DRC by Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 by a notification on 16.12.1954.
Q. now will the village be covered by DRC or the vill. saqdarpur be taken as rural and not covered by DRC.

I am from Tamil Nadu, I will explain the problem in more detail, my grandfather and grandmother was a farmer, they bought the land with their own money, further they documented it as both have equal share in the land. They had one son and three daughters, the son (not married) and one daughter (my mother) died long back. One daughter lives on the same village and another daughter far away and both are married. My grandparents gave their land document as a security for my education loan and I rapaid the loan, gave back the documents. Soon after my education, I started to take care of them financially and they stopped working in the field, three years back my grandfather got mentally and physically ill and I took him to the hospital. The doctors said he is mentally ill (got afraid of every sound and every one) and also he has kidney problem. We are taking medicines regularly.
The problem arrived recently; the daughter living in the same village took him for 10 days in her home and secretly registers the land and home in her name(Settlements as father giving to daughter). Now he is back to his home and we heard about it from friends. We caught shocked, me and his another daughter helping them both financially and morally. Moreover he is mentally ill, how she can take him and register the land of his share? We still have all the original documents with us and including his medical certificates. We confirmed it in registration office about the registration of the land. She is not the kind of person we can talk and solve the problem. Moreover my grandfather not aware of this issues so far. Please kindly advise me how to legally solve this problem and how to cancel the land settlement?
Thank you in advance for your help

I am Ramesh.R, an NRI and now in Abu Dhabi.
This query is for My Wife's property in Kerala(Cherukole, Mavelikara)
In 2001 she got family share as property. Her mother gave 3 plots for her. First one 9 cent in the front side near Main road(This is registered as'Adaram' with full transaction power). The second one 18 cent with family house. This is just behind the first 9 cent and having direct access to the main road. (This is registered as 'Will' i.e Till death the ownership is with Mother and after death with my wife.
And the third plot 31 cent is directly behind this 18 cent(registered as 'Adaram') and without any road access any side. At the time of registration her mother told, after my death 18 cent will also become your property and thus all the 58 cent will become one plot. So there is no question of any road access to the 31 cent plot.
She lived with her mother till 2013 in the family house. In 2013, 2 of her 4 brothers came to house and create problem for her. They told the mother to ask her to vacate from the house. Her mother asked her to leave the house with her daughter within two days. Her two brothers also threatened her to leave the house. My wife left the house with her daughter within 2 days. After her leaving the house her brothers took her mother and sealed the house.
Now they cancelled the 18 cent 'Will' and thus my wife have no ownership on it. Now the 31 cent plot is isolated & surrounded by other's property and have no access to road.
The following are the questions:
1. Will she have any legal right to get back this 18 cent back?
2. Will she have any legal right for getting road access to the 31 cent property?
3. To whom should her give complaint to resolve this problem?
We are waiting for your prompt advice to proceed further.

We are facing a big problem.
My father had bought a plot in the year 1990’s.At that time, my father had mentioned his big brother name on documents.
After 10 years, my uncle transfer all the portion to my father and he mentioned on the document that there is no right for me to take any part or portion from the plot and full portion of the plot has transferred to my father.
Recently, uncle sell that plot to someone by using old documents.
Kindly help me..
How to deal with this.

Husband has been mentally tortured by wife but unfortunately he has nothing else to produce before court in his support. Husband wants divorce but she denies. Hence, question arises "CAN HUSBAND TAKE DIVORCE WITHOUT WIFE'S WILL IN THIS CASE."

Respected Sir/Madam,
Is pursuing 2 degrees from 2 open universities at a time valid? If yes, then are there any specific rules and regulations of open universities and is it compulsory to take permission from one open university before taking admission in another open university?
