Case details

My query is little mixed with family dispute and property dispute. We own a large built up property in Vile Parle District, Mumbai. The property has been in dispute since 1954. The tenants that were staying in the property started to claim the property as their own. Due to which they started to construct additional floor and we had to have the same demolished with the assistance of the BMC. Now, my uncle who was handling the case, is not in talking terms with my family. He is not willing to share any updates or details regarding the property case and the court situation in matters. (The tenants have left the premises and have taken houses in another location).

Is there any way we can find the details and the court case verdict (If its still ongoing?) with just the property details ?

Technical resignation

Dear Sir,

I am working as TGT science (G.P.4800) at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya since 27th September 2001. Now I got selected in a State Govt. aided/sponsored school as Headmaster(G.P. 5600). I informed my dept. before applying for the same and also got N.O.C from my dept. for appearing the interview. In my N.O.C it was mentioned that No Lien will be permissible to me.

My questions are -

1. How shall I give technical resignation?
2. Whether my service will be continuous if I resign from present post?
3. Am I eligible to get any Lien?

Thanking you with anticipation

Filing petition in district court again for missing judgement

I Have filled Miscellaneous Civil Appeal in Maharashtra District court under Guardian and ward act for Taking guardianship of my Niece and Nephew against Paternal grandmother which was decided by giving guardianship in respect of person to me and for Properties grandmother given guardianship.

In District court order everything regarding each aspect and properties clearly mentioned. But one important point is missed in the order though mentioned in my application . So for having decision and inclusion on that point do i need to file petition again in District court or what can be procedure? Is there any time limit for that?
