Cross bearer cheque payment

Please let me know, if the banker received a cheque from it's account holder for clearing purpose, in which name of other person as payee is written, but the same appearas simple cross and bearer. Can Banker process it for clearing purpose and send it to the drawer's bank for it's clearing and get credit of it in to the saving account holder with it ?

COLLECTING AND PAYING BANK IS SAME AND CLEARING CHEQUE PAYMENT MODE BY TRANSFER

Suppose NISHIT has deposited cheque with NUTAN Bank where in he maintained saaving account.
Cheque drawn in favour of NIRAJ issued by NIPA. Cheque is simple cross and also bearer.
Can NUTAN Bank give deposit/ clearance in favour of NISHIT, in his account, amount of cheque.
If the cheque is deposited with wrong OR good intention, is there any liability as collecting same as paying banker ?
Please advise with some relavent decision on same line. Thank you.

GPA irrevocable

Respected experts
Mr.A held GPA irrevocable from his family members to appear in court, to sign documents and few other acts except sell for a particular property.
This GPA was produced in a court case and later Mr.A lost the battle.
Now on same cause of action all the family members together with GPA holder have lodged a case against the same opponent.
Is it possible that the said irrevocable GPA its lost value.

Whether litigatioin expenses of 15000/- sufficient to fight a case in delhi high court

Dear lawyers,

In my illegal termination case the labour court passed award in my favour and instead of giving reinstatement with full backwages awarded only 5 lac compensation in lieu of reinstatement and backwages for which I want to file a writ.

Since I was having limited finance I could not avail the service of a private counsel. So I approached DHCLSC for free aid but they were only interested to defend the 5 lac amount and refused my request of fighting the case for reinstatement with full backwages.

In the meantime company filed their WP for stay of award and with difficult efforts I counterfiled my 17B application before listing date of their WP so that I will be able to get litigation cost as well as subsistence allowance. The Court have not stayed the order and said that it will take their WP and my 17B together on next date and on my request that since DHLSC is not fighting my case as per my request they pass order that I can pursue my case individually and allowed RS. 15000/- as litigation expenses.

I have started preparing my writ petition but because of my no experience of legal rules and technicalities I require service of legal service provider who can help to file as well check my drafted writ petition.

Can this forum help me in my limited resource of Rs. 15000/- during this litigation if I fight on my own.

regards
S kumar

Use of ashoka chakra

I had put in a query earlier but got no reply to the queries of one of the experts
(Shri Dhingra).
Just a few days-ago it was found that the same person has also got letterheads with the National Emblem on the top centre of the page with
quote
(Her name in big block but fancy letters)
Ministry of Social Justice Employment
Advising Committee Member
Govt of India
Ref No:
unquote
No address if in Mumbai or New Delhi or any other place.
Forget about being a Gazetted officer she is just a graduate and for the last 12 years has only been a Guest Relations officer in some of the "starred hotels"- a few months at a time.
We are concerned that she might be even having stamps/ seals of such a Ministry which as has been seen is "Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment" having its office at Shastri Bhavan New Delhi ( no Mumbai office).
We are worried she might be involved even in anti national activities using the foreign passport holding husband who has been in trouble in multi crore scam with the DEpt of Revenue Intelligence.
What do the neighbors do??
