Dear All,
I got promotion in my organization from executive to Sr. Executive effective from April 14.
1. Can I eligible for hike with promotion?
But i am eligible for appraisal in October cycle.
If I got hike in salary in appraisal, So the difference of salary hike will from April or October 14.
Is there any rules for promotion.
If person got promotion, then it is compulsory to got he hike in salary.
Please guide me on this.

Dear sir,
We are three (two brother and one sister) our parents owned two properties among them one land along with ground floored house and second one with open space land which got registered, but due to some legal dispute by the Government it was put on hold by the Govt. for any further registration till Court Direction for asking extra compensation under Land Regularisation Scheme (LRC) to be paid by land owner to Government.
Now among the three my sister is asking for share of property for the one which is undisputed and other part of the property may be distributed later after the Court order. If not she wants ot Proceed to court for partition property.
Do we have right to contest that till other property (Under Court) is cleared by the Government or court. Till than No partition can be done.
Please Guide,

Dear Sir's, we are three members(one boy and two girls) to our mother and my mother was expired in the year 1993 at that time we are small children 6,4,2 years respectively. Then my father got second marriage and she has one daughter. We have 5 acres of land which was inherited property by my grand father now it is in the name of my father.
In this case what is the property rights between our four members.

Ours is a CHS in Pune.As our builder did not provide us promised amenities like Swimming pool,clubhouse etc nor did he make conveyance deed,we engaged a lawyer who filed a criminal case against the builder for not making conveyance deed.As per the lawyer going to consumer court to get the compensation is a waste of time as very few societies get proper compensation and is a very time consuming process.Instead he says once the builder gets summons from the court he will automatically come forward for settlement.Is the view of the lawyer in not going to consumer court and filing criminal case against the builder to get compensation correct? I want expert opinion on this.Our case against the builder is very strong as he has not even handed over any accounts to society nor did he come forward to form the society.We did it on our own.

My brother wife has filed the Transfer petition for transfer of child custody case from Delhi to Haryana court. There are other cases pending there including 125 Crpc, DV and 498-A.The SCI has garnted stay and called for hearing..But due to some circumstances the hearing will not conducted and will fix for next week. The court master informed my brother that the SCI will allowed the application whether you contest or not But what you can do ask for mediation .If mediation allowed all cases of 498-A, 125 Crpc , DV will be finsihed..
My query is whether the SCI has the power to transfer all cases to mediation on hearing the Transfer petition 9Civil) for the Guardian ship Petition

Sir, an Association has been registered under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (Haryana Act No. 1 of 2012)in a residential colony in Gurgaon. It is mandatory for a resident of this colony to become member of this Association if he has got his Deed of Apartment done as per the Haryana Apartment Ownership Act, 1983. There are seven residents as Office bearers of this Association. Two office bearer of this Association do not fulfil this condition.
Can the registration of this Association under the above stated Act be challenged before the Registrar of Societies.

A person whose promotion is in question ( High court single judge and bench dismissed the promotion and ordered to revert back to lower cadre and the same was challenged in SCI and the petition is yet to be admitted)) was given NOC for applying a higher post.The condition in NOC is subject to verdict of Supreme court order .The same individual was called for interview. Whether it is correct? Suppose if that person will be selected he can assume the higher post? or the selection to be kept in the confidential cover until the judgement is delivered. Please clarify with some judgement

Fed up with daily mess...with wife
Please help me and suggest me what should i do..... I got married to a divorcee girl on 18 feb 2012 through arya samaj marraige act but after few month we are finding difference in opinion. now it is very difficult for me to live together as she always threaten me she will commit suicide and she also lit up her dress one day and gathered neighbours at home. once after quarrel she have taken 20 pills of citrizine and was hospitalised for one and half days..i called up on100 and informed police regarding the matter but police started blaming and threatening me regarding the consequences if anything happens to her. she start fighting on no such big issues and create scene infront of neighbours and office staff and will use all kind of abusive word for me and my family and provoke me to hit her and after few days she will start saying sorry .she always speak negative about me in my staff but they also understand the situation so they ignore her. Now i really cant take all this any more ....please suggest me what should i do as she can anytime do anything i will be in trouble in way such as police matters and all ............. Again the same situation have arised...as always fighting on mere silly issues , threatening me to commit suicide even she sms "I am going to commit suicide and mukesh will be responsible" . I am really fedup of everyday mess. I have even recorded our conversations in which have abused me and later admitted her mistake. I have talked to her family member also to discuss this matter and her cousin sister admitted that this was the same situation in her previous marriage . I even went to ex inlaws house to enquire and the situation was same as it is today. I am living out of house since last sunday and after 8 day she has called me today. I really donot want live with her now as she always threatened me she will complain to women cell and will get u and family behind the bar. Pls suggest
