Hi Team,
I had taken a peronal loan of 5 lakhs in the year 2007 and after paying a 4 months EMI , i loose my job and then keep on switching places and have no idea what happened to the loan . After 7 years now , when i am settled again , somehow I was contacted by the concerned bank again for the repayment of the whole loan .I already know that after 7 years the loan has been writ off the bank records . Secondly bank do not have my original documents like application form etc. Can there still be a legal action against me if I do not pay the loan . OR in case I ask for the settlement , to what extent I can negotitate with the bank for the repayment so that I can pay lesser amount. I can pay a 1 lakh rupees against the outstanding principal amount of 3 .7 lakhs. Please advice and I will act accordingly .

I am a novice in the field of law.Today I am here after reading a news article that around 20 children have lost their lives in a tragic train accident in medal district of Telangana.The authorities are blaming the driver for negligent driving,who himself lost his life.But I want to know are not the state authorities share the responsibility for not removing unmanned railway crossing,whose work is stll under tunnel.And also the railways for not following regular procedures of slowing down while crossing an open crossing.
For the negligence of the administration innocent children have paid the price.what can I do to demand appropriate action so that we don't see such incidents in the future.

sir my family wants to rebuilt our house which is on a leasehold property in delhi. The plan is to construct 4 floors(including ground).Sir, i just want to ask is construction of 4 floors is allowed on leasehold land? please help..i will be obliged..thank you..:)

Hi All,
We have appoint a person from Canada for service rendered to my company.
He face a lots of problem for his Indian working visa.
the consulate told him to submit the non judicial agreement.
so I want to know about non judicial agreement or may I printed the agreement on my company's letterhead or normal legal paper after that I notarized the agreement or franked the agreement

On 23rd July, 2013 I have transferred Rs.10,000 to Mr.Jenil Joseph Raj's A/C No. no.019401000010757, Indian Overseas Bank, branch name, Vasco da gama and IFSC code No.10BA0000194 for job arrangement for my son. Since to-date neither he had fulfilled my request nor he had not returned my money. He neither replying to my calls or my emails. Shall I file a FIR against him. Please advice me

Safety / Security:
I deposited my savings in one of my relative's PVT LTD COMPANY. The owner's gave an acknowledgement on the company's receipt.
A 2 line receipt showing the sum received and the rate of interest payable monthly.
I am regularly receiving the interest through the said company's a/c payee cheque drawn on my name.
My query is if or in case the company is closed owing to some reason (loss etc) 1.Can I file a suit on individuals name and claim my FD ?
2. Are the owners / partners responsible for the amount received on their company;s name.
3. Please help me with your opinion.
4. If my savings are under complete risk, please suggest me some remedy to try out the same for safety / security of my savings.

Respected Experts, recently an order was passed ''no arrest before prior approval under section 66a''. My query is that whether complaint can be registered without approval or it will also need approval as said above ? Plz illuminate
