maintenance

Sir, wife has filed maintenance. If maintenance order passed in her favour, it may be around 1/3 of my salary(approx 11000). I dont want to give her 1/3 amount of my salary. Sir, if I deposit around 5000 per month in her account without letting her know and before passing maintenance allowance is passed. Will this idea save me for giving 11000 as maintenance.

Want to withdraw RCR

Sir, I filed RCR in delhi during the month of Jan, 2014 as she has been living separately from me since one and half year. Wife flatly refused in court to come back. No fruitful result came from RCR so far. I came to know from this lawyers club that RCR is useless and cannot execute order. Now I intend to file divorce directly on the basis of mental Cruelty and also want to withdraw RCR. Sir, my question is now

1. will it be better to withdraw pending RCR. Means, any loss to me during the divorce petition as i withdraw pending RCR.

2. proceess of withdrawing RCR.

My grandfather, grandmother and uncle were expired how much share my dad will get?

here is a saying "tall fences make good neighbors." For many people this could be true. However, there are some neighbors who do not respect tall fences or any other border. There are a few sayings for that type of neighbor as well. "Let's get a land survey," and "I'd hate to go to court over this." Which of those you will end up uttering depends on just how your neighbor chooses to cross your borders.

Conflicting clauses in mortgage deed

If there is a conflicting clauses in mortgage deed, which clauses will prevail?
For example if the first clause of the agreement provides that Mortgage is for 10 years. and Next clause says that Mortgagee should be in possession of the property till the money is repaid which implies there is no time limit for mortgage?

As per the law of interpretation, if there is a conflicting agreement the latest clause will prevail over earlier clause. Is our understanding correct?
