The above has been against decision of Karnataka HC decision RFA:326/2004 dated 19.03.2009 Puspalata N. Vs Padma and others published in ILR 2010 Kar at page 1484. This case is on applicability of Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act,2005. According to this citation - a daughter must have been born after the Act came into force i.e. 17.06.1956 to become a coparcener and the amended 2005 act will not confer any rights on the daughter of a coparcener who was born prior to 17-06-1956.
secondly, kindly advise which Act 1956 or 2005 HSA will be applicable if suit was filed in 1999 and decision was given in 2012 with latest SC case laws please.The suit property is self acquired by our father, who expired in 1996.
Kindly help at your earliest convenience please.

Dear all, i am not sure whether this is the correct form to seek help on my issue, still giving it a try.
A year and half back i transferred around 1 lakh plus to a wrong beneficiary through net banking.upon realising the blunder i visited the bank in person and gave a written complaint.
Later the bank manager promptly blocked that account for further transactions. As per the RBI norms i was asked to bring a consent letter from this person to transfer the money back to my account.
I stay in Bangalore and this wrong beneficiary account is a current account in Mumbai.Upon visiting that company address in Mumbai i found no such office/company exist in that address from past 10 years.Hence i couldn't meet anyone to get a consent and returned to Bangalore. I also got to know that current account is not functional from past 2-3 years.
Now in this strange condition i am looking for some help and suggestions from experts to resolve my issue, thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
Recently I have paid advance of Rs 1 lakh for purchase of land S.V No 207 for the total area in which i am buying 1200 sq ft. in a place called Takrohi Baazar, Shaheed Bhagat Singh ward, Lucknow. I have noticed that it was mentioned as Agril Land in the parent document registered on 1984.
My doubts:
1) whether it is valid for construction if it is mentioned as agri land in the document.
2) Any other document I need to check for the nature of land
3) Seller is claiming it is under Municipality and ward no is allotted and also he informed that once the land is registered in my name, by default it will be a residential land. Is it so?
4) Seller shown the registered documents of the nearby plot in the same survey no mentioned as residential land in the document registered with SRO.
Kindly advise as I have already paid one lakh advance.

My parents staying in Mumbai in a room on pagri since 1956 – my father died in 2005 – landlord did not transfer the room in the name of my mother but is taking rent in cash and giving receipt in the name of deceased father. Now the landlord wants to redevelop the building and is ready to give flat in the new building or money, about 50 Lakh, if she surrenders to him. What wl b tax liability in this case? Can my deceased brother’s wife/daughter claim any share from this sale proceeds? If my mother buys new flat, with me and my sister as co-owner, with this money, can my deceased brother’s wife/daughter claim share in the new property now / in future?

Dear sirs,
two years back my dad signed as a gurantor for my uncle for his loan from a chit fund company now the relations are strained with us and he turned out to be a defaulter to take a kind of revenge ransom of 8000 is been deducted from my fathers salary from this month kindly help us be suggesting what ways can we stop as we are from a lower middle class and were unable accept it as we had too many plans for salary and we are only dependent on it.

the BOCW in acted by government of India in the year 1994, but the Himachal Pradesh government has formed board for its implication in the year 2008. My question is that the works already under execution in Himachal Pradesh is liable to pay BOCW from back date i.e from 1994 onward, In my case i have stared construction of Dan from 23/07/2007. kindly advise

Punishing government officers
Dear Sirs
Whatever plans and policies government brings the government officers are going to execute it.they are bridge between public and government.
In case if they don't their perform OR VIOLATE THEIR DUTY their duty .
is there any ASSOCIATION to ask questions against government officials legally?(police,government officials ,government doctors all department officials etc)

1.kindly take consideration of bangalore 6 year old girl case who abused in a school when parents lodge complaint police officer didn't file case after intrudtion of media only they file case the same case in delhi case too.
2.see every government office after bribery they are sanctioning approval for worst building materials.(for building )
3.in education department officials giving sanctioning to building(is it a building?) where 94 kids burnt alive which is not update to rules?the parents are very poor,daily koolies and illeterate.
see the judgment 94 burnt kids case 2 years,5 years prisonment,one immediately came out (jameen)
4.how many old and poor people are (those who don't law)are suffering from them.
