I have an old model car and it looks quite attractive when parked. A few antisocial elements around my area have been photographing the car from various angles using mobile phone. I suspect it may be for some robbery plan. If I see some one photographing my car can I hold him and take him to the police ?

sir i am a working journalist associated with a english daily in chhattisgarh. A corporate giant has filed a complaint case under various sections of IPC including section 499 and 500 with a JFMC court. Instead of dismissing the compalint case as section 195 of CrPC bars courts from taking cognisance of IPC cases from section 190 to 211 , without even any mention of hte legal bar section 195 imposes, the JFMC has found that there is a case under section 500 and has registered the case under section 500. Could we appeal for a quash petition in the high court. We had exposed the collusion angle between some officials of the administration, police and the upcoming cement factory with a alleged Maoist accused of torching the factory. The first complainant in our case is the non exsistant company not registered as per Factory Laws in our state. Does such a non exsisntant under construction company which has signed MoU with teh state govt legal rights to move a court. is it necessary for the second complainant a senior official of hte company to submit a authorisation letter. please kindly let me know . regards

We have land whose ownership has now come other dispute. We genuinely believe that the other party's claim is bogus and so have been fighting it out in court.
Following a trail of documents we have found out that there is a piece of document which will remove any doubt about the rightful ownership of this land and this file is crucial for our next hearing in court to go well.
We applied for the file through the RTI act. The said file is sitting in the Tahsildar's office and all our honest attempts to obtain it have been futile. For the last week my father has been visiting the office every single day but he is always on leave or too busy to meet. His one signature will release the file and there is no legal reason for him to not sign yet he is delaying.
We do not have much time and need to act immediately. What action can we take, who can we approach so that the Tahsildar releases this file.
In case there is nothing to do to get the file before monday (4/08/14) , on what grounds can we ask for an extension in the court. (this would be the second extension we are requesting).
All help is truly appreciated.

For deleting the name of third holder on the share certificate and from the records of CHS what's the procedure?
Right to have reasonably maintained path/road
I am a citizen and tax payer. there is too much rush on the footpath and roads while walking especially during rains I stumble often because of the badly maintained foot path and roads. There is no supervision of the contractor and maintenance. Do I have a fundamental right for a reasonably maintained undamaged path in any city in India?
