Is it safe to make an investment of a flat by getting a paper for full and final payement , allotment letter and possesion letter of a flat from a builder and not getting the registry done for making profit on short term basis like an year or 2 ? cause i have seen many investors doing that way leaving a purchase on just an allotment letter from builder , and the builder charges a fixed fee for issuing a fresh allotment letter for selling it to third party , mean while i pay the electricity bills and maintenence charges to builder ? would it be suitable ?

Whether public private partnership projects can be audited by CAG or not was a matter already sub-judice in Delhi High Court under petion 103/2013. Delhi's CM still called a cabinet meeting and delivered executive orders for the companies to be audited. Did delhi's CM go beyond the limited powers conferred on him? can an executive decision be passed over a matter already sub- judice?

Union of India files a petition against Government of Delhi under article 32. Can Union of India claim its breach of fundamental rights under article 32. Can Union of India have any fundamental rights and claim it under 32? Why did it not approach the Supreme Court under Article 131 of the Constitution ( Original jurisdiction)?

Wife got an FIR registered by police by moving an application u/s 156(3) CrPC for offenses u/s 417 and 506(ii) of IPC, husband misrepresented property status and threatened for money after marriage. Police filed a final report holding the complain as mistake of fact due to adverse finding by civil court.
In the mean time wife also came to know about the extra marital affairs of husband.
Can the wife get the FIR re-investigated by filing protest petition in view of additional fact regarding extra-marital affairs found after the registration of FIR?

Respected Sirs,
I've purchased a 10 cent plot in 2007. The prior deeds of the plot are sale deed which my seller got when he purchased plot in1996 and a partition deed in 1993.
Now, while applying for a loan, Bank legal Officials noticed that in Partition Deed of 1993 there is no mention of any prior documents before 1993, Hence I took Encumbrance certificate for 33 years (upto 1960) and it showed nil transactions.
However while looking through old documents, I got 2 mortgage deeds of same property registered in year 1927 and 1937. In mortgage deed of 1927, there is a mention of regestered will of Janmi(Landlord) dated 27 Aug 1912 ( But no Number and in which Registrar Office is not mentioned)
How to trace title of my Land document? ... Pls help me

Hello Experts,
1.I got a call from my local police station enquiry and attend the same.
2.Inspector is saying that ,we may recall the charge sheet from court and going to assign new I/O officer to reinvestigate the Case.
2.Already I explained in my previous queries that in Charge sheet only my name is there already I have filed discharge petition for the same and argument is pending.
QUESTIONS:
1.Whether police will reinvestigate the matter in same crime no ?
2.If Police says we are going to file additional charge sheet by reinvestigate the allegation against my parents and sister ,whether they will register new F.I.R?
3.Already my parents and sister got AB for old crime no and it is valid until completion of trial? Now should I go for new AB ?
4.Can I approach High court to Stay reinvestigation ?Is it possible?

DEAR Experts
A vacant residential plot in a Municipal area of Tamilnadu was sold from "A" to "B" to "C" to "D" to "E" to "F" during 1995 to 2009. "F" has built a ground floor residence and got municipal assessment and Electricity on his name and sold to "G" in 2010. Mrs' "G" has only document of "F" and "G" and prior parent documents not possessing. From "C" to "F" transaction through power of attorney.
The power of attorney to "E" is registered in another place which near to us.
Can we purchase this property ? What precaution I should take before purchase.

1. Can recognised union raise the dispute of Contract labour under Id Act against Principal employer.
2. Or a dispute related to contract labour can only be raised against their employer and not against principal employer.
2. Relevant judgement of Supreme court may be cited.
