I filed a civil suit for PPI against private person with respect to land havind lease hold right for 40 years with custodian. Paid premimum rs 480,000. I filed suit before sub-judge but he return my plaint to file before munsiff court with local territorial jurisdictions. Now my quarry is that can munsiff court have jurisdiction to hear and decide suit as the value of subject matter beyond pecuniary jurisidiction.

Accused party abused and misbehaved at our home whereas they live at other lane in same colony, we gave proofs to police and SHO ordered to book only accused party under 7/51 whereas Police post investigate officer was favouring them. So after visiting SHO , IO also threatened to book us under same sections giving reference of Pb & Hry High court that " Both parties must be booked under 7/51 whereas SHO haven't ordered him to do so otherwise IO have to arrest on the spot to us too, not only to accused party.
1) If opposite party fabricate new story then their complain would be considerable or not?
2) Can police book us if yes then can we ask opposite party and police to tell us grounds or proofs on which they are alleging us.
3) If on baseless grounds they book us then what can we do legally to stop them.
4) Most important query is that is there any exception in high court orders where both party must not booked if only one party is creating disturbance.
I can prove that only opposite party is doing misdeeds.

Consumer forum grant compensation 10000 to the consumer for not giving electricity connection and if connection is not givin within specified time then consumer is entitle for compensation of Rs 2000 per month from Date of order to Date of release of connection.This order passed on 16/12/2001 by district forum.The respondent Electricity Company challange above order before state commisssion.The state commisssion granted the stay to the impunged order in Janewary 2002 and finally rejected the appeal in 2014 my question is whether the time period From 2002 to 2014 excluded while computing compensation of Rs 2000 per month from Date of order to Date of release of connection. Sir Please Reply Immidiately

Dear Experts,
I started a business with a person 2 years ago. We had a disagreement and the person sent me abusive SMS and emails at that time (July 2012). I never replied in an abusive manner and messaged him back to talk properly, but I did not take any more action thinking he wouldn't repeat it.
Then he left the business and we did not talk. A few days back, he called up again and started abusing. This time he just did it on a call and not in writing, unlike 2 yrs back.
Can I take any action against this person? Can I use the messages and emails he sent 2 yrs back as evidence (I've preserved it), or would it be considered invalid now?

Can a savings A/c in a bank be held from transanction against a loan default or delay in payment for the loan obtained in other branch of same bank by same person without intimation to account holder of savings A/c ?

Brief facts of the case:
This case of Land Mafia. The defendants( land Mafia gangsters) are in the habit of forging and creating the documents of GPA of the Land owners and getting done sale deeds among themselves and then selling them to a big real estate business people and in-turn they sell the litigation property to someone else. Infact these business is rampant where were now.
The petitioners have won the case in the trial court. The court has declared that the Sale deeds be cancelled which is done on the basis of illegal, fraudulent General power of attorney. They have ordered for the demolition of the illegal building that is constructed during the pendency of the suit and hand over the possession of the property to the petitioners.
The defendants have preferred an appeal in the district court. The defendant is now trying to influence to court that the petitioners should get into compromise.
Even the new judge without going to the gravity of the case is asking the petitioners to compromise with the case.
The judge he himself said that now that is all done and happened, instead of getting the building demolished the petitioners should compromise as the purchaser has made an investment on the building. even if you go again 10 or more years the case would go on and on. the case would be running and justice would not be delivered to you.
To this the petitioners who took 8 years to reach the finality of the case now when the trial court has passed the judgement still the new district court judge is asking to go for compromise. The petitioners are not able to pay such a huge amount and do compromise.
first petitioners became the victim and then fought the case for such a long time.
And now go for compromise.
It is really hard and painful to hear from the judge asking the innocent victims to undergo with compromise. The heart bleeds to see that the common layman goes in to ask for justice and the honest man gets what in the end to compromise with all the wrong doings that the crooks have done.
Now please guide how to tackle this issue.
cant say no to the judge and the conscience says not to agree for the wrong doings.
At the first outright justice is delayed and after getting justice again the external forces in the form of law giver he only is trying to trample, and kill the justice that is to be delivered.

There are some one from father family who trying to take copies .
Can i know through RTI act who all have applied for copies with address , if so what procedures i have to follow and whom i should address my RTI application (submitting)

agent has shown a resale property in new Mumbai, it,s a terrace flat, with cc only
he is saying that building is newly constructed (Before 1 yr )hence I will get oc afterwards. and loan is possible only from GIC kindly give me details about oc and cc give suggestion for buying this property.

hi.. i am a government medical officer in gov medical college in karnataka.it is a autonomous institution.. my problem in work place is
i have applied for leave without pay for 6 months. 11 days prior to my date of leaving.i have given the letter in a proper format and on the xerox copy taken the signature of the incharge officer and the technitian who received it and also the seal of the department with inward no. and left it to proceed it to HOD.i called HOD and informed regarding this. i came back after 3 months because leave was enough for me and wanted to join back... when i came back and given my wish to join back in writing it was refused telling that i have not informed regarding my leaves when i spoke about the phone call i got the ans that phone call is not enough.when i enquired regarding my letter all the information was hidden as per instruction by HOD .but i saw the register that the letter was forwarded on the day when i came to join back.. HOD is telling letter is lost. KINDLY HELP ME WITH THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSSIBLE...
