In case of Unsecured Personal loans ,a recovery certificate against the Borrower is issued by DRT.What will happen next? What are the next steps the applicant bank can take to recover the dues?How can the borrower challenge such an order?

Dear Sir/s,
I and my real brother jointly owned an industrial unit in equal proportion at Thane. He has carrying the his own business at the said unit by utilising the entire area of unit. I am paying half of the society maintenance and my name has also been there in the share certificate.
I am not not receiving any share of profit or any amount towards rent for the portion of my area which has been used by him. Now I wants to sell out the my portion of unit or to give it on rental basis. I have made a first offered to him for this. But he refused to do so and has written a letter to me stating that he is ready for the physical partition of the unit in equal proportion. He has cleverly made this offer because he knows very well that partition is practically not possible due to several issues i.e. society objection, electricity ,water supply and toilet problem in another unit etc. He wants to use my area at free of cost for his own business.
Please tell me the alternative available to me to resolve this long lasting problem.

I'm also an adv but not deal in I/taxes, my query is one man A resigned a company giving letter of resignation & 3 month notice period amount to be realised from his dues to company, company realised the same & issued a certificate of the said amount realised. Then A applied for reimbursement of the deducted notice pay to the present company as per their terms of joining. The present company paid the amount but deducted Rs 69000/- as income tax . My query is that whether the deduction made by the present company is lawful as previous Co has deducted Rs 225000/- as 3 month notice period amount. &The amount is not income this is the amount compensated by present Co in lieu of amt realised by previous Co. It's urgent I request learned experts to kindly sort out my query & oblige.

I have recd a notice u/s 245 of income tax act for AY 2013-14 for the adjustment of o/s demand against the refunds. I have to reply to the AO that demand raised by them is incorrect.please provide me the format as soon as possible.

i filed a dioverse case agiinst my wife . afther that she has filed 498 a case against all my family. my marriage solominised in 1999. we have filed a quashing of fir in high court patna. but court of anjana prakash has rejected my petition.we want file a petition in supreme court. can u advice me in this matter.

My wife has done 498A, 354,307 and several other false criminal cases (around 10 in numbers) on me since last two years. I got bail in all and they are at different stages of hearing. I am forced out from my own residence. I have written around 50 letters to administration that I am not able to enter my own home. As result I am not staying with wife over two years. I have confirmed news that she has now levied domestic violence case on me. Is this DV case applicable?

Hello,
My name is Vijay. I got married on 18-Jan-13 and before marriage I was suffering from a physical condition that which I thought I would get cured of it with time, well, I was right though.
Initially after marriage, I realized that I was not able to have sexual relationship because of this physical condition, however I got cured of it only recently but my wife was not ready to accept me after a long period of disappointment.
Now that I also realize that she is again not comfortable with me as such as a personality / characteristics, so we decided to stay separated.
One fine day, I received Divorce petition which was expected anyway, but they claim huge alimony (Rs. 50 Lakhs) which is totally not affordable by me (or I need to spend my lifetime paying for it). I am ready to pay them whatever that could be affordable by me and also request her to re-marry. Do you really think such a huge alimony will be ordered by the judge during the hearing?
Points to be considered:
1. I do not have any assets or savings. I do have a salary of 1.45 Lakhs per month as take home.
2. She is doing a PhD, will be graduating next year.
3. She claims that I am suffering from Schizophrenia which is incurable and hereditary. But I disagree on this because I was suffering from this condition only for a period of five years and schizophrenia is something that exists from birth.
4. Also that points given in the petition are totally untrue and I wonder how the court will find out the veracity of such claims?

Me and my wife is 36 years My marriage was held on 22-March-2014, Mine is First marriage, But my wife's 2 nd marriage. She is deviorse. Form 04-June-2014, she gone to her parients house alon with her mother and Mother's brother. on 15-June-2014 they declearied that She is not happy with me one single day, I am harrising here. either she will give divorse nor she will back to with me.
I send My advocate notice on 30-June-2014m But till date no answer from there end.
It just 2 months marriged life, My advocate tell me file RCR section 09. I really want here in my life.
I am not staying with my parients. After marriage I am living seprate with my wife.
After Marrige she told me She having PCOD problem due to same She dont have any baby Form her first marriage. But she is not ready to disclose here report. not ready to coming to doctor. past 1.5 months she give me veriouse reason.
Kindly advice me on this
