Divorce woman registering second marriage as unmarried in in marriage registration.and not submitting divorce papers
At the time of second divorce proceedings can it be said that her second marriage is null&void

Dear Sir / Madam
The house property is registered on name of father , the son (Major) has made liabilities at his own interest , the father sold property and after sale of property (Registration is also completed) one of creditor to his son has sent a notice regarding that property cannot buy.
What the poor parents has to do in this case please suggest me they are very old
even the parents have a signed stamped paper by their son saying there is no relation between parents and his own family

Need your Professional directions.
I was under suspension for 7 years for 2days of judicial custody arising out of False 498a.
Details -:
1. Judicial custody for 2 days,for 498a
2.Suspended from NTPC JOB.
3.Getting substantial amount during suspension period
4. FIR was quashed based on Jurisdication ground after 7 years
5.Joined NTPC: Suspension revoked and I am Regularised now.
Information requested for :
1. How can I get my full salary for whole period i.e 7 years
2. NTPC taking stand as your Fir was quashed based on Jurisdication not on merit of the case.They can't regularise this as full duty.: Please advice for this

WE 4 FRIENDS AND RELATIVES HAVE PAID 20.0 LACS TO A LAND OWNER WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO SOLD US A PLOT BY THE SIDE OF HIGHWAY. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO THE PARTY FROM TIME TO TIME IS UNDER NOTED ON A TWENTY RUPEES NON JURDICIARY STAMP PAPER WIHCH IS DULY NOTORISED. LATELY WE UNDERSTAND THAT PARTY HAS NO LAND ON THE SIDE OF HIGHWAY. MOREOVER ALL THE LANDS HAVING ON HIS NAME ARE JOINT PROPERTY AND THEIR DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SEPARATED FOR 3 GENERATIONS. NOW HOW TO RECOVER MONEY FROM HIM.

In India there is no law against mental harassment? Can anyone help me? I know there are people who are playing dirty politics in the office and they are trying to trap me, is there anyone who can guide me how should I go about it?
I have done nothing wrong, the only mistake i did is I did not complaint to the authorities at the right time. Now things are falling against me, is there anyone who can guide me?

Sir,i was married on 29th march 2014.my marriage was love come arrange and intercaste marriage.Now my family harras my wife for her caste as well as dowry.They torture when i am not present in the house.though i give money to my parents for food and electricity bill etc.Still they demand my wife to do job and earn money for them .as well as they torture her for doing domestic work all the time, but she wants to prepare for bank exams. if i stop my dad, he threats both of us to evict out of the house .From the last four days he does not allow to eat food as well as not to cook food separately we are helpless. He threats my wife to spoil her future by badmouthing about her character to the relatives.pls give me urgent suggent for what to do to save my wife staying in my house

Sir, in a maintenance proceedings, advocate of the opponent filed unnecessary application without quoting any provision or the act before the court stating that, applicant and applicant's advocate intentionally making delay so court may be pleased to direct the advocate to finish this trial early. the contents of the application are completely vague application. applicant's advocate replied for that application. Court fixed for the hearing that application and after hearing the both the parties court set aside the application and award the cost to the opponent due to false pleadings and vesting the valuable time of the court. Opponents advocate filed revision application before the session court u/s. 397 of the C.R.P.C. so weather such kinds of revision is tenable though the order is one kind of miscellaneous, revision is tenable?

A person driver by profession has died in an accident about 3 months ago but his body alongwith the truck he driving has drowned in the river Chenab ,only the part of his truck showing the no. of the truck is found by the police.now his family wants to file claim case in the labour court , is it possible to file the same without the death certificate ,

at the time of proceeding one legal hire for
deceased file application u/o 1 rule 10 cpc
with false & forge 'WILL'(Unregistered)
2.Legal hire already execute one N.O.C on my fevour in front two witness & Orth commissioner attested.
please advise next step.
