What should be done when one of the Respondent, who is a government official is transferred to an other state? How do we bring the new person acting on his behalf into the case. Do we need to file affidavit. Can any one provide a format please?

Dear Experts, Greetings for the day - My query is, one of the member in our society has autorickshaw which he rents out to someone else & parking is done in our society. Recently, in AGM, MC decided to increase the monthly rent of parking. Few members suggested that as this autorickshaw is commercial vehicle, owner of this vehicle should pay more parking charges than normal . Some of the members said that as it is commercial vehicle, the first preference of parking should be given to private vehicles like cars etc. We MC do not have any idea on matter. Can we charge extra to a commercial vehicle? Can members ask first preference to pvt cars against commercial vehicle? On this argument, one member said that if society allows this commercial vehicle in minimum charges than even he can park his Tempo in society, which can be classified as Commercial Vehicle. What to do? does service tax registration of tuition taking is mandatory?

The FIR got lodged on 22nd May 2014 under 498A and since then I and my mother had gone to police several times as for joining the Investigation. In one of the meetings with Police I gave them the Hardcopy of Supreme court's judgement came on 2nd July , After Reading that the DSP asked Wife to bring Evidences of every complaint she had mentioned in the FIR along with the Bills for the items listed in Streedhan List. After that neither my wife nor my FIL contacted police and they are now silent. SHO called my FIL and he gave excuse of my Wife being not well. We called SHO about 2 weeks back , SHO said he will call us if required. Now its been about almost Three months from 22nd May 2014. My query is :
1> Is it like Police can only arrest me witin 90 days from the date of the FIR being Lodged ?
2> What do I need to do now ? Shall I call the Police and pressurize them to make a report since my wife and FIL are not able to produce any evidence etc..
3> Shall I move to HC for quashing my FIR ??

Hi,
Recently I have been advised to take some medical tests (Blood, Urine & Semen) in a medical lab (India) that is run by a private network and not attached to any hospitals.
I was totally disappointed by cleanliness and insanitary conditions prevailed in the Clinical lab.
My querys are,
> Who govern and authorizes such medical labs?
> Does the governing body insist the labs to maintain minimum sanitary conditions and monitor or not?
> How do we raise complaint or file case for providing improper service on such medical labs?
Please do the needful.

i am a govt doctor working since 3 years, now doing post graduation as inservice candidate( got the seat 2 months back). i have married to a woman who is Govt doctor (got the job 5 months back) february 2013 . previously she worked as contract govt doctor. she is having maniac disorder and using medication for that.
since one year she is not staying with me for simple reasons .i tried with help of elders but unable to succed. one month back she gave proposal that if i quit the PG medical course and shift to her residing place.then she will consider to stay with me.
i refused do that and told her i will come weekly once because i will get one day leave and she is working 500 km awy from my study place(PG course is for 3 yrs).her reltives beaten me for not quitting the course .
Then she wants to take divorce and asking huge money as compensation, if i didnt give she is threatning to file false dowry harassment and domestic violence case on me. (we dont have children.)
Will that case can affect my studies? if yes how?
will that case can affect my Govt job if stay more than 48 hrs in custody?
how can i prove it is false dowry harassment case?
shall i take anticipatory bail?

Sir/Madam,
I am working in an private firm and I have been served a suspension show case notice (on disciplinary grounds) and have been asked to reply immediately. I have two questions:
1.As the time frame of reply defined is "immediate", how much time can I take for reply?
2. If I am terminated can my gratuity be stopped? I have complete 5+ years in the organization.
