Dear all,
I am from Delhi.
I am CA final student, and currently working in a company, I want to gain knowledge of Laws, and for advancement of my career want to do LLB.
Please suggest me college or university and procedure for admission. Can i do LLB without affecting my current JOB.
Please share your advice.
I want to do this course in saturday/sunday or in evening classes.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Kolkata, my sister socially got married on the year of 2003 but she didn’t transfer her RATION CARD to her husband address from her native place. She not even is using her husband surname. Later on she started residing at her father’s address with her two kids.
Now she wants her two kids ration card to make on her native place(father’s address) address where her Ration card exists.
Instead of showing her kids birth certificates where my sister husband’s name - the baby’s name clearly mentioned the rationing officer refusing her to do that showing the bellow mentioned reasons:
A) There is no ration card on this address of the kids father’s-my sister’s husband.
B) My sister is not residing her husband address
C) She is not using her husband surname
D) She unable to show marriage certificate
Now, please advice the procedure by following that she can make the ration card of her kids.
Also please advice, is there any rule that the baby cant get their identity on her mother name?

Asper recent judgement by SC re NI 138 cases, would require below understanding because my lawyer is not sure about it and he is local adv does not have contact on other states.
Query1.
in case of complaint transfer who the case will further proceed from the current stage or from the 1st...sending summons etc.
Query 2.

Hello,
Our ancestral property has been partitioned by a Court order between three brothers. Partitioned property consists of Ancestral House, Agricultural lands.
Can anyone help on the procedure for mutation of these properties as per the court order.

Dear Sir,
What shall be the procedure for Appearance of respondent in court. As the summon has not been issue on account of address not known and when the respondent has been immigrated to another country.

Sir,
My counsel has filed the quashing of chargesheet U/S 498-A before the High Court and recently there is an order of Supreeme court of India that question of repaling of 498-A has to be decided and has given time to ASG
Now can we made an application before the High court to stay on proceedings before the trail court as the SCI has to decide whether the 498a law was repaed in 1988 or not?

Dear Sir/Experts
I received court summons and I found out that one date has already been passed and the second date is due soon. No warrants have been issued. But what is surprising that the court has given dates of one month each. Whereas my lawyer was saying that the dates should be at least for 6 months. When my brother got the case record, we found that he had been given many dates of 3-4 days intervals and the case is running super fast. The time between filing the case and issuing of summon is just one month and my lawyer says that it normally takes upto 1 year. I am being told by my sources that he is bribing the peshkars to take shortest possible dates to harass me & my brother. His plan is to make me run from my city to his city many times in a month.
Please guide me where to complain about this illegal activity done by him.

Agreement of sale cancellation
I have entered into an agreement of sale on 2 august 2014. by taking 25% of the total sale consideration. on 8 august 2014 he had cleaned the land with JCB and dosing machine and destroyed all my trees which are on the land. without my knowledge and consent. I am very upset with attitude of the buyers I do not know weather he will complete the transaction or not but he had damaged my 7 acres land now i don't see single tree in my land he had axed all the tree which are existing their.
I AM UPSET I WANT TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT OF SALE WHICH WAS EXECUTED ON 2 AUG 2014 BY RETURNING HIS MONEY.
AGREEMENT CLAUSES
4. That the vendor has further covenant with the vendee that if the vendee is deprived of whole or any part on account of any defect in the vendors title the vendors shall indemnify and compensate the vendee agaainst the same.
6.The vendor shall deliver vacant possession of the said property to the vendee or his nominee at the time registration of sale deed or deeds.
rest of the clause are general.
Q1 CAN I CANCEL THE AGREEMENT OF SALE OR NOT. IF I CAN PLEASE TELL HOW TO DO THAT. IT IS AN UNREGISTERED AGREEMENT OF SALE.
