despite of the clear d9rections of the court JD is not paying maintenance DH has filed contempt also but sill JD is giving one or other excuse court is family court is also granting his excuse what is the remedy avilabe to DH now

Ex- Parte is ordered against respondent under 125 Cr.P.C but still he dose't applied for set aside so many dates are passed ,the main thing is Execution and 125 are listed on the same day in execution he is appearing with his counsel, than if he now apply for set aside how could he say that he was not aware about ex-parte .What should i do if he move such application and court grant it.

1. Can I register my Brand Name in simple font & use it in different Colors and Designs later as per my need??
or
I can use it only in the manner in which it is registered?
2.How long does it take to publish the trademark in TradeMark Journal?

Kindly request for your expert advice
Undivided ancestral property at native,district raigad.
This property belong to my grandfather and my mother is one of the owner,the property card has total 13 members including my uncle(Mama)
Property includes ancestral home and land,one of the uncle son wants to construct separate house for himself.
He has approach us for permission,my mother is not willing to give him
1)As the property is still undivided.
2)Some member wants extra share as they argue that the have taken care of the property.
3)Uncle son is threatening my mother that if she does not permit him now than he will not allow division of the property as currently he and his mother are staying in ancestral home which is under his possession.

Can a party as defendant avail for perfect title by way of adverse possession.
Plaintiffs have executed sale agreement and received full payment and delivered possession. Sale deed could not be executed cos govt had stopped registration of such lands which are not converted.

Sir,
I do not know which category my query comes. My query is if a person wantonly hides an information to the Court, how it would be treated? For example, a person fighting for a property in a court is fighting for the same subject matter in another court i.e. in one court he is the petitioner and in another court he is the defendant. If he hides this fact to both the courts, how it is taken by the Court of Law?
Can anyone explain this?

I want to file a petition for winding up of a company based in Jabalpur for its anability to pay the debts. As per the Company Act 2013, this suit needs to be filed before National Company Law Tribunal. This Tribunal is not constitued as yet. Where I need to file this suit. Which Company Law will be applicable 1956 or 2013. Please suggest.

I am residents in my mother room from 1970 this room are pagdi my mother are dead 2000 in & my father are dead 2002 in after my father dead I pay rent regularly by chq In my wife & me joind saving a/c. Recently are some major problems are there Like that bulging are poor cantion & coman toilet are so ded cantion in time I was thinking I sift in rental room till that bulding repairs. It is rigth way or wrong & my landlord are dead 2014 he have son & wife . Can I do this? & one que. Can me my mother room in commercial activities doing or not plz help us.
