Dear Experts,
In an Arbitration Award, the Arbitrator has held that, "However I am inclined to make any provision for any pendente lite interest".
In this regard, upto my knowledge I tried to understand that the Arbitrator has denied pendente lite interest for both "Pre Award Period" and "Post Award Period".
Whether am I correctly understand these aspects.
Kindly clarify this issue by the learned Experts.

My name is Sangeeta Kumari. I got married in 2011 and since then living with my mother in law. My father in law is living separate from my mother in law since my marriage. My husband has an elder brother who got separated immediately after his marriage. They did not show any concern about my mother in law since 11 years of their marriage. Earlier my husbands elder brother and his wife used to give 2 time meals to my father in law as they used to pull out cash from him. When he stopped giving money, the elder brother and his wife stopped asking him for food. Since 3 years of my marriage, me and my husband has been taking care of my mother in law. She is very greedy and from the 2nd day of my marriage kept taunting me on small small items. I ignored till now just for the sake of my husband. My husband had a major accident in june due to which his left hip bone got fractured. I was working earlier but had to leave my job because of my husbands accident. Being too much tortured and mentally stressed me with mutual agreement of my husband we got separated 2 months back. This was prior to my husbands accident. I was with my parents. My husband had shifted few major items like bed, almirah on 2nd floor. That time he gave all my jewellery to his mother to keep safe so that when time comes he'l take it back. But things have changed after my husbands accident. My husbands elder brother and his wife have started showing concern for my mother in law. Just because property in which we are residing is in her name. They got to know about my jewellery being kept with my mother in law. They teach her daily to go against my husband and me. My mother in law realised that now my younger son is handicapped, my daughter in law is jobless, they won't be living with me anymore, so i cannot pull anything more from them.5 days prior me and my husband have shifted to 2nd floor. My mother in law has refused to return my jewellery as taught by her elder son and his wife. Moreover, she keeps on warning me to step out of the house. Daily she abuses me and my parents. I want my mother in law and her elder son and his wife to be punished anyhow. Please suggest me a suitable ground on which i can file a case against the three. I do not want my husband and my father in law to be harmed as i do not have any complaints against them. Can i file a dowry case?

Sir/Madam,
my Late grand father was acquired a plot of land in my village in district Churu Rajasthan. He is no more. after his death my grand mother was the owner of the said plot, but unfortunately she is no more.
The said property is now in dispute my grand father has three son as his legal heir one of them was my Late father, we are two brothers and one sister. now my both the uncle and my mother has decided to sold the said joint plot.
As I am leaving separately and i have heard the information i have talked to my mother, brother and both the uncle regarding the matter and requested them not to sale the property, but they are not hearing and also talking that you have no rights or share in this plot of land. As of now the registration has not done for the plot in dispute.
Can any one in panel here please give his/her valuable suggestions to me, that what to do so that they can't proceed to register the said plot in the name of buyer without my consent, because i don't have any papers or copies of PATTA of the said plot.
Your valuable suggestions are highly appreciated.

My husband filed divorce case at family court, Mumbai. I am residing at Gujarat before he filed this case. I was not aware about the case since 23rd August. I came to know it was for 13, 1a reason.
I want to transfer the case from Mumbai family court to Gujrat, Ahmedabad. Please answer my query along with the fees as I am unemployed and unable to visit Mumbai.
Dure to physical and mental harassment, I left Mumbai and my safety is not there.
Please provide me the procedure and fees to transfer the case on urgent basis.

Dear Experts,
My client purchased certain goods worth of Rs. 2,57,063/- on credit. Even after two years of said purchase he has not paid the amount hence that fellow came at my client’s house along with two-three subordinates and pressurized my client to issue certain cheques and under pressure and threats my client signed and issued Seven cheques out of which, five cheques are each of for Rs. 50,000/-, One cheque of Rs.7063/- and one cheque of Rs.2,57,063/-. My client has not taken any action against that for the reason best known to him. Now after a month, out of seven cheques, those fellow deposited one cheque of full amount i.e. of Rs. 2,57,063/- which is obviously returned with the reason “FUNDS INSUFFICIENT”. Now those fellow has issued a notice u/s 138 through his advocate. My client’s name is Alok R. Sharma and he used to write his name as “Alok R. Sharma” cheques are also signed as Alok R. Sharma but in the notice, his name shown as “Alok Naresh Sharma”. Rest of the contents and the address are true and proper but his father’s name shown wrongly. Can we take advantage of the same mistake? How?

would be glad to seek assistance on following:
1) can sarfaesi action of possession be taken on an already attached immovable prperty vide decree from civil suit.
2)can an immovable property be simultaneously attched by two courts/forums?
3)if a bank has taken physical possession for almost 5 years of the property but still not published any public notice, is any remedy possible before proceeding with publication of sale notice for its sale?.

Respected Sir/madam,
My grand parents have ancestral property with them which is being carry forward from previous ancestors. My father has died few years back and from then on there was not much connection of my mother and our grand parents. Now my grand parents are going to divide their ancestral property between their 3 sons except my mother as they told that now my father is not alive, we have no right over their property.
Please advice can my mother or me can claim any right over the property of my grand parents which they have inherited from their parents and what is the procedure of doing this. this property belongs to kerala.

Risks in buying panchayaty approved land
Respected Sirs,
I am going to buy a private land near vizag(40km from vizag city).Since i am new to Real Estate i dont have any knowledge in this. Now i want to purchase a land of 700 square yards. the land comes under Panchayati. It is not approved by VUDA. It is agricultural land.
Since the cost is less compared to the VUDA approved lands in locality,I am willing to purchase that. So kindly let me know what are the risks in buying panchayaty lands and also the necessary documents to be verified. If i want to build house in this land after 5 to 7years will i get any problems for residential approvals? The Land is 300 meters from Highway. Kindly guide me in this regard.
