we have a flat in delhi in the name of me and my husband. Now we are going to sale it. I cannot go to delhi because of the physical condition . Can we prefer power of attorney ? Is it applicable for sale of property ?what are the proceedures of it? what cost will come? how we need to do it?please answer

Sir, decree of execution in pending in district court. Second appeal in HC is pending which is neither accepted nor dismisses. will during the pendancy, decree execution will not be possible ?

"A" sold a plot to "B".Later he sold the same plot to "C". Later C sold it to "D". D sold it to "E". Later E sold the same to my client "F". When my client saw EC recently, the fraud played by "A" came to the light.My client filed cheating case also.
Now, can my client ask for cancellation of sale deed and want return of money as the title is not a perfect one. Whereabouts of "B" are not known.
According to which provision can I file the case?
Please advise . . . .

A man sold a plot to one "B". Then he sold the same plot to "C". C sold the plot to "D". Later D sold the plot to E. Later E sold the plot to my client. Recently the fraud played by "A" came into light when my client saw the EC."B" whereabouts are not known.
The issue is can I ask for (1).cancellation of the sale deed and return of sale amount paid by me as it is not perfect title as I am not able to sell the same.
Or are there any other remedies available?

government took my grandfather's property in land acquisition and passed award amount which was released in my father and his brother's names as they are his sons.I am major and married against wishes of my parents.My father died prior to my marriage.Now I want my share in the award amount as it was the property of my grand father and as a granddaughter I have my share.
Now for the share in the award amount that is in the hands of my mother which court should I approach? should I file OP or OS?ACCORDING TO WHICH PROVISION OF LAW?Please advise. . . .

We are living in chawl and homes were acquired under Pagadi system. My house is in name of my late grand mother and we are living there since more than 40 years. Before 30 years ago we used to pay rent to the owner but thereafter owner stop coming to collect rent. Since then we have not paid any rent.
Now after 30 years of gap the owner's son with his mother came and ask us to pay rent and along with an additional amount to pay property tax.
I seek your valuable suggestion about our legal stand amd how to proceed to safeguard our interest.
