in vat and income tax cases many accountants and C.A. are the representative of the assesses, and present themselves in front of the authorities, the shop Power of attorney.
my question is ==>>
what is the court fee for "POWER OF ATTORNEY" they made it on Rs.10/- stamp.

sir, one client visited my office for flat requirement,i given him all details of flat that time already to late so i told come in morning he not came on 10 before that he went to owner and done the deal,what is my right of brokrage

sir, i am real estate agent,client come to my office,i given details to client that a-02 ,so and so building flat for sale is available through another agent due to any reason same day at evening 8.30 can,t show the flat to client and next day morning 10 oclock timing fixed,now client done deal directly
is my right to demand brokerage
i sent notice to client for brokrage
now extortion & threat notice he send to my husband in that he mentioned his wife is pergnent with purposely fighting with her.
on letterhead no lawyer licence number
asking my real estate agent licence number

Dear All Adviser,
I want to ask you three question...
1.Any time limit for high court application for transfer divorcee petition one district to other district. After attend 3 / 4 hearing can i apply for high court transfer the case in my home town.they take any objection on me.
2. How much period required for high court for take a final decision for transfer petition. One or two month or take longer .
3. Meanwhile can i told my court ( now where my husband file a divorcee case ) please stop the hearing . is that possible.Or h

my friend son taken personal loan from bank at the time of job,now he lost the job and three EMI chq. bounced and recovery agent of bank forcing on mobile and contacting his father and other releatives and coming regularaly at working palace of his father and shouting.
The loan is to him given by the bank without confirming father and relative.
Please suggest me how to help my friend in this situation to come out.

Hello,
Three months back I bought 3.6 acres of agricultural land in Tamilnadu. Subsequently, I measured the land with the help of an authorized surveyor to apply for Patta and noticed that around 0.1 acres being encroached by the adjacent land owner. The encroachment means he moved the land boarder (Varappu) on two sides. In one of the sides he planted coconut trees and the other side its barren land.
I had taken several steps to take back my land with mutual agreement. He is not cooperative.
One additional information regarding the land purchase is, he also, bought the land from the same land owner couple of years back. As per the root document, the owner split the land in to 2 parcels and sold at different times.
Now, I am intending to move the land border on both sides as per the record. Also, cut the trees, as its being planted in my land.
What legal action would this lead to? Or do you suggest any alternate action. Your advise is much appreciated. Thank you!

I have been working as an accountant for a Co. in Guwahati (Assam). Here in Assam minimum wage rate is 208 per day for unskilled labour.
I would like to know if minimum wage rate is 208/day then what would be basic salary for unskilled regular employee?
say Employee X salary slip
Basic 3250**
DA 80% 2600
Allw: 2000
-Prof tax 208
-Pf 702
NetSalary 6940
**In order to reduce employers PF contribution some employer keep Basic as lower as possible.

IF THEY PUNISH ME CAN I FILE ANY CIVIL CASE ON UNREGISTERED TAX BAR ASSOCIATION.
