Respected experts
A property come for sale where the dispute was in court and decreed favour of the plaintiff purchaser. Later execution was filed and oredered accordingly. But sale deed has not been registered yet. The situation now is the plaintiff purchaser wants to sell that property. Since they dont want to spend again on registration. My query is can this property be purchased even when there is no sale deed.

dear sir,
i have some query plz reply. thanks to all.
1. there is any law in criminal cases so that i could put my talk/contradiction in faviour of my relative accused in trial court without any advocate. because my advocate is afraid from informant.
2. if i put my talk with help of posting registry in trial court. it will be helpfull.
3. can i send registry under any law so that it could become a admissible evidence for magistrate.
4.i filled RTI in trial court for demanding S.R. report he refuse and replied S.R. report not comes in court it goes to S.P. you can got from there. on other hand i saw S.R. report in our case file of court office with the help of court cleark. on that report no magistrate signature and time stamp was there. then how it will be prove when SR comes in court. i know very well SR was 2 days late because of false case.so court is refusing to giving SR.i also filled rti to SP he also refused to give.
now there is any procedure for it comes in record.
i read many SC ruling that SR delaying can not affecting the prosecution case.

Hello,
Thanks for reading this. I have a very urgent question. My grandfather had 3 sons and 2 daughters and he transferred his whole ancestral property to his 3 sons only via decree in 1972 without making the daughters as party in the decree so they had no role in that decree and it was done without their consent.
And since my father acquired property from my grandfather via a decree in 1972 he claims it to be his self earned and says that the status of this property is changed and it's not ancestral property any more and now he transferred the whole property to my two brothers leaving me and other 4 sister out of the scene without our consent. He also created a will in 2007 mentioning the whole property to be transferred to his sons only. He is still alive though.
Can I have the share in the property?
Thanks,
aarun

Sirs,
My land of 5.7 Acres situated in Chebrolu village, W.G. Dt, A.P was proposed by revenue Dept in May 2007 for land acquisition for construction of poor people housing(popularly known as Indiramma Housing)
Since, the land is situated very close to RED category industries and a GAIL gas pipeline is passing through it, I objected and a writ petition was filed in High court. The hon'ble HC given ruling in favour of me that revenue dept should not move forward without clearing objections raised by me with respect of GAIL gas pipeline.
Again during 2008, revenue dept initiated again to acquire 5.0 Acres and issued proceedings( july 2008) saying that they have reduced 0.7 acres of ROU(right of utility)from the 5.7 Acres and objections were cleared. Since I am not staying in that village and shifted my address from old, I did not received any information and revenue dept passed award during june 2009. Again, I filed a writ petition during may 2010 saying the proceedings are illegal.
The writ is pending in HC and land is in my possession. At this stage new land bill has been enacted. Now, I would like to request experts, is there any chance for me to get the benefit of 24(2) and see that lA proceedings are lapsed.

We were an Indian couple(Muslim) residing in Switzerland. My residence Permit B has expired and am living in India currently while my spouse and his family had absconded to Vaud,Switzerland. My entire dowry and jewellery is with my Inlaws who tortured me when I was pregnant. They lied and fled the country after my miscarriage without taking me to any doctor.I am now at my maternal home. How soon can we be granted divorce in such circumstances? can we file divorce case in Switzerland?
If I file divorce case in switzerland will I need to be present there? my permit has expired. Also my entire dowry( furniture, utensils, appliances etc) is there only as it was shipped by cargo after my marriage. My jewellery is with my inlaws in their locker. How can I retain my assets?

Sir,
I am contesting one case where I am the owner of the property by virtue of gift deed by my mother and my brother has filed a suit for possession and onus of proving the gift deed is on me .
It was regd document and I have summoned the registrar and 2 witness .However one witness who was an advocate sitting at sub reg.office got expired and not geeting his whereabouts .other witness was ready to be examined as DW and gave affidavit in the court but now he has influenced by opposite party and not appearing in the court and saying if you put any pressure on me to appear I will depose againt you. Though he has given affidavit signed before oath commisioner and that affidavit is on record.
Could you please suggest how to prove that document as my mother got expired and its a geniune document. How could I confront the witness so that my documnet shall be proved otherwise It will be problem for me.
could I be asked questions to my witness as he will get hostile and depose against me.
what shall be the value of his affidavit he has given earlier.
