Dear Experts,
my mother has executed a settlement deed in my name (registered in registration office)and now myself & my mother (mutually) thinking of cancelling this settlement deed and get registered this in registration office.
This property was a self earned property of my mother.
In the settlement deed it has been written that my mother wont cancel this settlement deed in future.
Can me amd my mother cancel this settlement deed ? if yes then what is procedure. pls explain. Thanks

Dear Members,
I Stay In Kolkata. I want to construct the boundary wall of the house in which i saty., but neighbours are anti-social as well as the local municipal is not helping us. We filled case but it was rejected on the basis that i don't have sanction plan.i cant make sanction plan as the boundary wall is not there. The other side neighbours are constructing their house G+2 without leaving "4" Inch Space as required. but no one is objecting them.Please help me getting the solution.

I am fighting 498a and 125. I want to apply for child custody and visitation.
If i apply child custody and visitation righs, maintenance will be granted of child. As 125(for both mother and son) is running.
My family member can apply child custody and visitation rights.

Dear sir,
I had purchase a house in 2012 by executing a sale agreement and let the same house to saler on rent.
Now saler not give the possession as wll as rent to me and also say that I had not executed any sale agreement with you.
House not having NA and Noc.
Saler even not give rent to me and not vacate the house also.
Suggest experts what should I do sothat I get the possession of house?

Respected Experts,
I had been serving in PWD, Govt. of Tripura as a Junior Engineer from 29-10-2008 to 28-02-2014, afternoon. Then from 01-03-2014, forenoon on wards I have been serving as Assistant Engineer in the same department under same Govt. It is to mention that, the appointment to the post of Assistant Engineer, was through an open competitive examination (direct recruitment)conducted by state Public Service Commission, in which I had applied through proper channel.
In the above circumstances,the yearly increment which is due to all Govt. employee on 1st July, 2014, was not effective in my case, since I have not completed 180 days service since joining on 01-03-2014.
Now, my question is, since I had technically resigned from the earlier post to join the present post without any break in service and also when all the previous service benefits have been carry forwarded, whether, I was eligible to avail the increment on 01-07-2014, or not?
So,Please guide me.

NOW, THE 1 PERSON STAYING AT NATIVE PLACE HAS DECIDED TO OBJECT THIS AND GIVEN A STAY ORDER FROM LOCAL COMPETANT COURT.
WE RECEIVED THE ORDER.
WE ARE READY FOR PROPER DIVIDATION OF THE LAND AND SETTLE THE ISSUE AMICABLY AND THEN SALE THE LAND WHICH BELONGS TO 3 OTHERS AND KEEPING UP THE 1 PART WITH THE OTHER ONE. BUT HE IS NOT READY EVEN AFTER DISCUSSION. COURT HAS GIVEN FEW DATES.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WILL BE FATE OF THE CASE.
- CAN WE NOT HAVE PROPER DIVIDATION OF OUR ANCHESTRAL LAND.
- UPON DIVIDATION CAN'T WE SALE IT TO OTHER PERSON WHO IS GIVING ATTRACTIVE PRICE FOR THE LAND.
- CAN THE 1 PERSON BUY IT FROM US AT MARKET MARKET PRICE WHICH VERY LESS.

Before this I posted my query and waiting for court result. Court accepted B summery submitted by Police. I want to teach lesson to the person who misuse laws and wasting time of Police and played with number of life's including my wife who dead bcse of her own father and sister and also a false complainer. Pls refer my detail story to reply. Can he again appeal in another court if yes how I fight against him.
Dear Sir;
Married in 2005; everything is going write with us; we are (me; wife and son) extremely happy in all respect. My wife is caring; sincere and hardworking with emotional nature.
In 2012 my wife done suicide (Hanging); at that I am on duty; before me police got information from neighbor and they come and done site panchnama as per their procedure. They found suicide note that “No one is responsible for my death; don’t want to live further”. Immediately i shifted to her in hospitals with van and declare dead by doctors.
On the same day my father in law and his relatives come to hospital and attack on me that they feel I am responsible for the incident. On the day of her funeral they made lots of drama; Most of the peoples from their side are drunked; they used abuse words; attack on our family. In whole life we never came to across such type of situation. On 3rd day they taken away gold of my wife and of me by threatening us with mob. (Video shooting and written evidence is available).
Number of time they called us to police station; Police ready to registered FIR; but they given in writing in front of police that we are not having any complaint we just want to secure my son life by transferring gold; half property; ½ Bank balance and other related. They also keep condition that Guardian for property from their (Father in Law) side. We transferred ½ property by registry; gold and policy in favour of my son name. It require period of 4&1/2 months to complete this ; during in between they threaten for logging FIR. After that they are demanding 10 Lacs from us which we refused. We are having video shooting of threatening and gold demand.
After 4&1/2 months my father in law raise writ in high court that police is not registering FIR; So police has to registered FIR(me ;parents; sisters ; jijus and uncle anti) in pressure and mentioned delay due to mental and physical condition is not good of My father in Law. We take anticipatory bail of of all members’ except me. In investigation police come to know that all peoples are innocent (my self and relatives) and they found that there is no trouble; any demand of money from our side. They also realized that all points mentioned in FIR are false and they collect evidence for that. If everything is ok then why my wife done suicide they come to know that my wife is not happy and feel extremely guilty because of her own father and sister. She feels bad for that and mentioned in her daily written diary which was later verified by handwritten expert. On the basis of her daily written Diary and false FIR police submitted “B” summery report not charge sheet to session court that complaint registered is false and reason in uneven demand from father in law of me. We are waiting for final comments from court. I have few questions;
1) What will be action plan of court
2) How to teach lesson to theses peoples who are raising false complaint and misuse the law.
3) My fathers always consider my wife as one of his own child; he will never die in satisfaction as the incident we faced. It was a loss of social; economical and mental tension.
4) I am not able to attain my wife’s funeral due to situation created by my father in law; how I forgor it. I want justice not only for my family but for my wife also who did this due to her own father and sister.
5) Not a single word I write false in it; if we did any wrong god will punish us but I need justice.
6) A family who educated a ladies after marriage (MSC;Bed having proof for same)can anybody accepted the persons who educated her can give trouble in this way.

Access to baby - and fake passport
My friend has married a widow. Before her husband died , she is used to stay separately from her first husband. Also she has taken a passport in her old name (parental name) and not with her first husband name (after first marriage but before the death of her first husband.) as hiding her identity of first marriage .
My friend had marry with this widow later on. They have gave birth to child in second marriage . She is not allowing my friend to see a baby. And telling him that she can move out of country by taking the baby. she is not accepting notices.
Can my friend take a action against this? can any action against this lady can be taken for taken away passport from him in a court or through police by filing complaint against this lady?
