MR.A WAS ORIGINAL OWNER OF A FLAT IN CHS SINCE 1970 IN MUMBAI. HE SOLD FLAT TO MR.B, MR.B SOLD IT TO MR.C. MR.C SOLD IT TO MR.D.ALL THE ENTRIES WERE MADE ON THE REVERSE OF THE SHARE CERTIFICATE.
MR.D SOLD THE FLAT TO MR.X. SINCE THERE WAS NO SPACE LEFT FOR ENTRY, A NEW SHARE CERTIFICATE WAS GIVEN IN CONTINUATION OF THE OLD ONE.
MR.X HAS LOST/MISPLACED THE EARLIER SHARE CERTIFICATE AND HE HAS THE NEW SHARE CERTIFICATE ONLY.
CAN SOCIETY GIVE OLD DUPLICATE SHARE CERTIFICATE AFTER APPROVING IN AGM?
OR WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IN THE INSTANT CASE?

I had paid 12000 & got my dynamic website designed. From the day one I was not getting proper service. When I got fed up I told them to resolve my problem or I will go to consumer forum. After that my designing work was done but a new kind of problem start arising. As per my designer they have issued us 5gb bandwith limit but to our surprise every month by 6-7 our site start shows bandwidth limit exceeds. When we contact our website designer earlier he told us that some one deliberately consuming your bandwidth by running ur videos again(all were through youtube) so how can our limit can be used. Anyways I removed all videos. Then after that someone start posting indefinite comments. Again designer said its through auto comment program i.e again someone trying to hack but this type of hacking can't be counted in illegal hacking. then comment option was removed to solve the problem. But now this month again by the 5th of this month bandwidth limit got exceed. Now they are replying that so many people are visiting ur site so we can't help but visitor meter is showing nothing. Main point is when our site is not working more than a week in a month since it has been designed how it became so popular that it is attracting so many visitors that 5gb is being consumed in just 5 days. They are clearly making fool of us but I don't know how to deal with them. I'm from Punjab & designer is from delhi & I don't have any terms & condition. Everything was discussed on phone or through their ticket generating software. Kindly guide me.

Hello Sir,
one of my friend has been harassed by a person by sms and phone calls, on that she has lodged a complaint and FIR is also registered.
Now after two months the same harassment again started by the same person.
so, could we ask the Police to register another FIR, so that it deter the accused to stop this harassment and once case goes into the court for the first FIR, we have complaints to prove his acts.
could police has right to decline for registering another FIR even though the crime happens at two different time.

Are there any Legal Charges to be Paid to the Society.
If so what are the same.
Can i Take the same in Writing from the Society and if there is an Administrator - Will he Demand any Money for the same.

Sir. I m the widow. There exist a ancestral land of 25 R which after the death of my husband recorded in my name as legal heirs. However. I do hv four childrens whose name are yet to be recorded in 7/12extracts. N presently i hv 2 execute a Will of my undivided 1/5th share in the said land in favour of one of my Sons though the property is not been partitioned nor my four sons name are been recorded i revenue records. So Sir can the Will is valid if i m devolving my 1/5th share to one of my Sons as the said property is anestral property

Dear Sir (S),
I was working with SEW Infrastructure Limited from December 2013 to August 2014.After 6 month also i have not recived my confirmation letter.And during that period I have resigned and served 15 days of notice as per the agreement. But after one month also SEW is not paying my F&F amount and the concerned HR told that they will deduct my one month salary .
But as per law after serving my notice they should not deduct salary . What shall I do ? How to file a case against them.

My daughter was about 12 years old, she was returning home from school by bus when on her way bus driver misbehaved with her. We registered a FIR at local police station & they made a case under Sec. IPC 354. It was on Nov'2012' Bus driver was not arrested and he got bail from the lower court. After that The court has transferred the case to GRAM NYAYALAYA saying that it was at their territory. Since then The GRAM NYAYALAYA Magistrate has done nothing except giving dates. Kindly suggest me what should i do to get the case start properly.

I am getting a better carrier opportunity somewhere else and I have served I notice period of one month which is ending on 8th Sep’14.
I tried to negotiate and request a lot with management to relive me as this opportunity is crucial for my carrier but no one ready to listen here and also they have hold my salary and I am struggling to fulfil my daily needs.
My employee contract document says that there is provision to serve a notice period of three months but nothing have mentioned in reference to hold the salary.
Kindly help me so that I can found a humble solution.

Unregistered lease deed
Dear Sir,
My brother has created unregistered lease deed of my fathers house for Rs.28 L for a period of three years and claiming the amount.My father is staying with me and brother is staying in native.my queries are
1. Whether lease deed executed in Rs.100 stamp paper is valid
2.He is claiming that he has paid Rs.28 L through cash - whether it is acceptable in court that Rs.28 L can be paid through cash.
3.To the best of my fathers knowledge he has not signed the said lease deed, but he is douting that my brother could have taken my fathers signature by keeping the deed in middle of the other papers - when my father is signing them.
4. What are all the options available for my father to prove the ignorance.
