We have some ancestral properties as some agricultural land a partly built house by my father on ancestral land in Bihar which was purchased by my grandfathers(my grandfather and his unmarried brother).They died without making any will or gift ,so his property got transferred automatically to my father's name. Now my father is saying that he will divided the property in three parts.One part each to me and my brother and one part to his own name which he is willing to give to my brother since he is earning very less and has three children and lives with my father in bihar. I want to know whether there is any law by which I can stop this and in force the partition of property equally between me and my brother or can I file a suit against this so that the properties or its part can not be sold without my concurrence.
Please help me as its very urgent .

Can I file a case against BBMP Bangalore for issuing wrong orders without following basic law cancelling khata in my name giving reasons that I have submitted unregistered WILL for getting Khata in name.

Sir,
a) Wife left matrimonial home keeping daughter with husband.
b) Wife having extra material affair and she speaks about 5 hrs / day with her boyfriend as per information provided (call details) by service provider.
c) Wife files 97 CRPC and instantly custody changed by SDO.
d) Husband prays for stay order and custody in High Court u/s 482 CRPC.
e) Wife prays for maintenance u/s 125 CRPC for self and child.
f) High Court passes stay order on order passed by SDO.
g) High court ask petitioner to file custody case before district judge.
1. Please guide the grounds for filing child custody case.
2. Can father prays custody of child as per section 6(a) and 13(2) of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 and under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890
3. What is the possibility of getting custody of daughter who is now 5 years old?

I reside at south west delhi. my neighbour is a serving army person.his 90 yrs old father stays with his family. his family consists of wife, 2 daughters nd 1 son. the old man is abused by the children and daughter in law. he is not provided with drinking water at occassions. he is madeto sit in a chair till 12 noon in a corner on open terrace. his granddaughters do not let the old man to sit under a fan in hot summer. they all behave very rudely to him in private but show off in public as if he is everything to them. guide me how can i help the old man. his only son does not supports him.

In jan-2014 i purchased a flat. But payment of money was done from different check, then that of the check no. mentioned in the registry. I had 28 lakh loan from LIC. 20 lakh as house loan and 8 Lakh on renovation. Now LIC is not giving us 8 Lakh Loan because they are saying that you have to furnish the correction deed because the check no. furnished in the registry is different then the payment check no.And Builder is not ready to give the correction deed. I have also send a legal notice but the builder is not receiving the notice. What to do to get that 8 lakh Loan from LIC.

IF THE ADOPTED CHILD CAN HARRASE OR DOING ILLEAGLE ACTVITIES, THEN THE ADOPT[FATHER] CAN FILE SUIT FOR CANCEL A ADOPTION.

I have some cases in NI 138 cases in Mumbai which will be transferred to Delhi Court in Mumbai I have paid 2% of Chq amount as Court fees to court. when the case is transferred to Delhi and later settled if I want to claim the balance Court fees where I have to claim.

In transfer cases. is complainant is required to do formalities for transfer at different jurisdiction or the lawyer can do.

Gpa holder died
Hi,
My father had GPA on a property (farm Land) and he made conditional sale agreement to another person. He died recently, I would like to know,
1. What is the validity of Sale Agreement my by a GPA holder who is not alive.
2. If the purchaser not paid the money whatever agreed in the sale agreement, will the property belongs to us (as we are sons of the GPA holder)
3. If the purchaser pays the money as per the sale agreement, will the purchaser entitles the property.
Please let me know.
