R/Sir,
I was TGT punjabi in Nacodaya Vidyalya samiti (under center govt)from 24 jan 2004 to 14.04.13.I have applied for the post of PGT Punjabi through proper channel and obtained NO OBJECTION certificate. I submitted technical resignation from the post of TGT Punjabi on dated 14.12.13 fn and received acceptance on dated 20.12.13 and joined as PGT in haryana education department on dated 14.12.13 Af. but iam not satisfy form my new job. I submitted a request for withdrawal my technical resignation on dated 13.03.2014 but my request rejected by NVS on dated 27.08.2014. Sir kindly tell me :-
1. rule regarding continuity of service on technical resignation ?
2. time limit for withdrawal of technical resignation?
if any rule regarding above said matter. Kindly give me referance.

Hi All,
I have been working since last 4 yrs and since then i have been paying my all credit card bills and loans on time.
I need to change my office in February this year so it was tough but still i managed to pay min payments for the cards and emi's for the loans.
But this month i made a B.T through my sbi card to my citi card for which i got a msg from sbi but have not been credited to my citi card. There is no toll free number to call sbi so you need to send them a message saying problem and then they will arrange a call for you once no matter you are busy or free.And they are showing the same on sbi that its done and i had emails to citi also stating the same and not to charge me penalties for late payment since there had been something from sbi and might take some time but they have charged it and now im stuck frsutrated working and checking all this I would like to know if they are least responsible in giving service what will be the action taken against me if i will not clear their bills from now please advice because there had been previous incidents as well and they are just charging interest but not understanding the situation.

Wife filed for interim maintenance in JM court and the DV case was stayed by high court due to incorrect jurisdiction. Husband filed divorce case idop in district court and wife filed for interim maintenance in district court again. Just want to know can some one file another petition for interim maintenance if an already filed case and its connected petition is stayed by hc.

Experts pls guide that if employee has worked for reuired time of gratuity but didnt gv notice period and did not given resignation and joined compititor. Now he filed case against employer for asking gratuity/?
is he eligible dewspite not giving resignation nad fulfilling notice period?
what grounds can organisation put in front of court?

dear sir
we married 6 years back and have a son of 4.5 years. I am working in MNC and my wife is a govt. employee. my wife has decided not to live with me and denied my entry in my own home (rented)even recently when my father died neither she came to my place nor she allowed my son to pay last respect despite several requests.
since she has ruined my life by several means and even don't allow me for intercourse, can you please suggest if she files divorce under any ground
1. can I fight for child's custody?
2. will she have share in my ancestral property??
3. can she claim for alimony/ child care / maintenance etc.
please suggest.

My brother is member of a housing society in Gurgaon Haryana. The builder has given allotment of flat to members and several members have taken possession also despite the fact that the builder has yet to pay some dues to Huda and take final completion certificate. My brother due to some reasons has not taken the possession. Is there any time limit for taking possession of the flat from builder? Kindly guide.

I had filed a divorce suit and my wife filed Domestic Violence case against me in 2008, Which were later vide mutual consent decree. Prevailing term was we were to be live togther under one roof along with our daughter. The new residence was to be brought in name of our daughter explicity as in where me and my wife were to have only living rights. However we did not remain long togther for long and are staying seperated. My wife has rented out that residence (as per consent terms, me , my wife nor my daughter can sale or create any 3rd party interest, as long as me and my wife are alive). Further I was to pay my wife 15,000/- per month as HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES.
Later my wife filed 498A (2011) Domestic Violence (2012) and is pursuing recoveries through Family Court under MONTHLY MAINTAINCE. She till date has recovered 2,50,000/- through Family Court orders.
Now in 2013 she has filed a seprate suit in ADJ court on behalf of my minor daughter for permission to sale the flat purchased as per Conset decree terms. It was shocking to note that my wife is also 50% Owner of the flat as against 100% Ownership of my minor daughter.
My queries
1. Can I file and pursue criminal case of fraud against my wife.
2. Can she be tried for playing fraud with Family Court (under what section).
3. Can the money recovered by court stand recoverable (under what law provisions)
4. What is the penal action for above.

My wife filed for divorce and maintenance under HAMA section 18, claiming monthly 75,000/- rupees for expenses and in the same proportion she wants me to pay for the past 3years also. She claims My salary as 1.5lakh/month and I have property of 1.5crore in bangalore.
The fact is my salary is around 60k/month and I dont have any property in bangalore. I have a property in my hometown for which I am paying EMI of 10k every month.
I want to file divorce based on her cruelty, her willful desertion of 2years and non-consummation of marriage in bangalore. But as she already filed the divorce showing me as cruel, I am not getting any right IDEAS to tackle this nutcase.
Request the experts to give a suitable suggestion/advice. Is she right in asking me to compensate past 3years too with monthly 75k? we are factually seperated by 2years.
how to tackle the present situation? Should I file for divorce or not so that I can show 13 ia,ib and bargain on maintenance? Kindly reply.

Dear experts my friend father purchased land in the year 1992 through registered gpa since then he is in possesion.the property purchased was in dispute from the year 1996.land was purchased from the elder brother in 1992 in wbich he was the title holder in revenue records but the younger brother was not in title nor any proof stating that the land was in joint.in the year 2012 there was partition decree stating tht it is joint property and the younger brother is also entitle for half of share on the said land.my friend father is nt made party nor recieved any legal notice from court.the younger brother wants to proceeds legally stating that the given gpa given by my brother is false.my query is how can my friend father challenge the younger brother and prove his possesion..

In the case of Mumbai Co-operative court, total delay [which should not be more than 90 days] taken by the Opponent/Respondent in filing reply to the petition should be calculated from which one of the following:
The date of receipt of summons by the Opponent/Respondent?
or
From the date of the very first court hearing?
