Dear Experts,
As per the recent Supreme Court Judgement here after the cases U/S 138 Of N.I.Act one should file cases where cheque has been bounced.of course it is nothing but benifit for the Accused only.complainant has to face the trouble instead of the accused. Ex:- Hyderabad business man sends goods to Mumbai business man in return he may give the Mumbai bank cheques if the cheque is bounced at mumbai then case has to file at mumbai Courts by hyderabad business man. As per the judgement by three man bench now it has filed the cases at the place of bounce.MY DOUBT IS THAT AMENDMENT IS NOT NECESSARY ? As there is statute and according to the STATUTE now we are filing cases U/s 138 of N.I.Act.kindly clarify the same we have to follow the STATUTE or to follow the SC Judgement. one of the presiding officers of the Court is we have to follow the Judgement .kindly do needful with suitable advice.Thanq.

Land Acquired by Meerut development authority in 1987 sec. 4,6,17(1)(4) done in Aug 1987. Award in Feb 1990.
Writ filed in Allahabad high court challenging sec 4,6,17(1)(4). writ dismissed with direction go give representation to state govt. writ dismissed in 1991. against this order we went to S.C in 1991. even the supreme court passed the same direction with no comments on sec. 4,6,17(1)(4).
our representation to state govt. was turned down in 1995/96. As this order was non speaking order we filed a writ in high court in 1996 which was turned down in 2003 saying the land is required for public purpose. Since then no further legal action has taken place.
In 1988 development authority took possession during stay order of high court and constructed a road on our land.
Compensation of land has not been paid/not accepted by us nor deposited in reference court. award was made in 1990 . as per 24(2) of new act 2013 LARR the acquisition shall be deemed to be lapsed as we fulfill both the riders.
Do we have rights and title of the land now to file a fresh writ in Allahabad high court even after previous judicial interventions have taken place?

My wife has left me because she is no more in love with me and she went to her father's house and started her education. We got married because she was in hurry and after marriage she used to blame me for asking her to leave her career. She was the one who wanted the marriage to happen and I was the one who put only one condition that if she stays with me and starts her education all over again because she then had just completed 2 months of the graduation.
She agreed on her own will and got married and now with unnecessary issues she went to her fathers place and started with her education. I tried to convince her but it seems like she is all adament. She is even asking me to pay for her education and if I dont then she will file divorse.
I love her very much and tried a lot but she doesn't love me anymore and I'm very broken now.
I'm planning to go for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Please share your ideas.

My friend married to a boy.(25yrs,29yrs). she belongs to OBC cast. and boy belongs to SC cast. they married at temple and made Affidavit of their marriage at setu centre. Her family refused to send her to boy's home. Is there marriage is legal. what is procedure to break this marriage. Is affidavit made at tahsil or court legal? Is it a confirm proof of marriage? PLease tell me. what is procedure to make court marriage. or to register marriage

Dear Sir,
My daughter got murdered by her own husband and informant was his own servant(302 case registered) later servant denied the allegation and police put final report.
I being an aggrieved party can i file a protest application in the court.
is there any ruling by the supreme court.

Dear Sir,
In cases where assessee has opted section 44AD and when they submit copy of their balance sheet at bank, then bank manager ask them to submit balance sheet signed by a CA.
Whether their demand is genuine if they ask for balance sheet signed by CA even in non-audit cases?

Earlier also my query was the same that as am really very much worried about welfare of my sister and just could not decide "whether we can file a complaint or not."
MY SISTER WAS GIVEN FALSE ASSURANCE BY HER HUSBAND THAT HE WILL DIVORCE HIS 1ST WIFE AFTER MARRING MY SISTER BUT 2 YRS HAVE PAST AND HE HAS NOT DIVORCED HER 1ST WIFE AND EVEN STARTED LIVING WITH 1ST WIFE.
MY SISTER HAS ALSO GIVEN BIRTH TO A CHILD.
BUT AS REQUESTED BY HER HUSBAND,AFTER MARRIAGE MY SISTER SIGNED ON A PAPER THAT SHE WAS AWARE THAT HER HUSBAND WAS ALREADY MARRIED AT THE TIME OF THEIR MARRIAGE.
