my wife has filed 498 and dv case against me its in evidence stage. if 498 is proven to be false can i go for divorce. how much time it will take. please reply

I have filed a case against my husband with whom a registered wedding did not take place. Upon my elders advice o singed on papers
1. I read and I am well aware of his quash petition
2. His quash petition states - the case is out of frustration n mis understandings, sections put up arent applicable. I signed on that also
3. Other papers which are in the format of documents
IS THIS THE ONLY WAY FOR WITHDRAWAL? our lawyer said lower court has rejected application hence high court al of sudden.
WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUNCES FOR ME IN FUTURE?

Hi,
Want to know if there is a fundamental difference between transfer deeds and assignment. We generally talk of assignment with relations to transfer of claim, right etc.
But isn't unconditional assignment and sale practically the same. There may be some cases when the two may not amount to the same and there are of course some minor differences.
For example what would be the difference between an unconditional assignment of copyright and sale??
Again, we talk of assignment of insurance policies. Isn't it as good as transfer of all rights / ownership in that if it is an unconditional assignment.
Can you pls throw some light on this as I am about to draft an assignment deed and need some clarity. Your guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Sir,
I want to sell my agricultural land available in Disst Shahjahanpur, Tahsheel powayan, (UP) INDIA.
1. Purchaser wants to seek an agreement for one year in which half of the amount wants to pay me immediate at the time of agreement and rest half will pay me within one year.
MY QUESTIONS ARE-
2. If I create this type of agreement with him then what can be draw back for me in future if-
(a) He deny to pay rest amount within the period mentioned in agreement.
(b) He wants to withdraw & request for refund of his amount paid to me at the time of agreement (Because I will be unable to refund).
(c) What should be the language of agreement which can provide me safety / legal safety on all aspects as well (as a property owner).
(d) I want to add one more thing this property is my real uncle's name who is uneducated and I am his right to next.
Hereby, it is requested that please advise me that I should go with agreement if YES then how can I do healthy agreement without any kind of draw back.

Hi, my friend has been accused of 363, 366, 376. The case is registered on 29/05/2013 He loved a girl who forced him to flee from home to marry. They were in physical intimacy for 1year. The case in on trial. Some main highlights of the case are-
1. Her father submitted class V certificated with DOB 01/01/98. She has CBSE class X marksheet DOB 14/7/97, another sanskrit high school marksheet DOB 14/08/95, pan card DOB 1/1/93. Class v and cbse class x marksheet is attached with chargesheet.
2. Her father stated her age in f.i.r 17 years and gave her class V and CBSE class X marksheet as age proof mentioned above.
3. My friend is physically handicapped.
4. In her 164 Cr.p.c. she has said that my friend used to tell her to marry her and on the day of incident when she was going to school, he met her on his bike and told her to go to visit some place and befooled her to marry and she eloped with him.
5. while she forced him to elope and threatened him to commit suicide.
6. My friend has backup of sent messaged by her, her love letter and some call recordings of incident day.
By sent messages, letters and call records, it is clear that she herself forced him to elope. In her letter she had admitted that she had physical intimacy with him which she was missing.
So, pleas tell me that can the letters, messages and call records be used against the girl.
Also suggest that what should i do to strengthen my friends case

By informant the victim said to be minor with class V certificate DOB 01/01/98, CBSE Class X marksheet DOB 14/7/97. In F.I.R. her age is said 17yrs. My friend has backup of her sent messages sent by her father no., love letters and call recordings. The victim has a sanskrit board high school marksheet DOB 14/8/95 and pancard DOB 01/01/1993.
how should I handle My friends case. please give suggestions that help him to acquit from this false case

Dear Sir,
We are subcontractor who have executed part of project on behalf of turnkey contractor. The main contractor is in dire financial condition due accrued losses of earlier executed projects. They are in process of declaring themselves as Insolvent. There payments from the owner for which we have executed, are being taken entirely by their Banker.
Currenly our employer is due for last installment of payment from the owner.
Require guidance for how we can legally intervene and get our outstanding dues paid.

Dear Sirs,
I wud like to get advise from you for my blro mutation. I have a property in 24 pgs(n). It is a refugee rehabilitation property. It was in my aunt's name as she was eldest in that time. Then she got married and requested society to surrender her name and put our name ( me and my brother) accordoingly it was done. From that record when municipality was formed mutation was done in our name. In 1991
society office given registered deed in our name. During math porcha blro office recorded the said property in my aunt's name as me and my brother were out of station for our job requirement. Now my brother has gifted his portion of property
to me and I applied for mutation in blro office but they are telling me it can not be done. My aunt's letter is not with us and she did not have any deed from society
office as in those days no deed cud be given by society office. I have registered
deed, mutation from my aunt to our name and
latest tax receipt. Kindly advise how I can
record my name on the basis of my registered deed provided by society office
on behalf of refugee rehabilitation office.
