Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Srikanth, a research scholar. My wife is a civil services enthusiast and preparing for the same. I am from Telangana and She is from Andhra Pradesh. We got married in July, 2012. Its our 3rd year of marriage, will the new eligibility rules in Telangana allow her to appear for the exams as a local candidate. Will she be regarded as a Local Candidate of Telangana based on marital status or is it mandatory to reside for 4 years. Is there any legal advantage of claiming as a local candidate as she is married to me and been staying with my family.Please give your valuable comments and suggestions.

can a appeal be filled against a police office / investigation officer of a case who denies to register a case and after moving to court( AS complaint case ) the court orders the police to register the fir and a heinous crime is proved in that FIR.
and the accused are sentenced for 5 years .
now what action can be taken on that police officer who did not register the FIR initially and tried to delay / supress the case

some office couliage registered false complaint against me under atrocities act under section 3(1)(x).police investigation is under going . police informed me the case sent to C.G.M. court very shortely. sir please guide me what i can do aginst false complaint registered against me.

I have witnessed a legal registered
agreement in front of registrar. I know that
it means that I have admitted that I know
the persons signing the agreement.
My question is that,
1) Does it also means that I have given
my consent to the contents of the
agreement ?
2) Does it also means that I am aware of
the contents of the agreement ?

Hello,
I have a query regarding Muslim Marriages.
A man married a christian girl four years back and they are blessed with 2 children's and now after four years the same man got married to other girl (Don't exactly know whether she is Muslim or other religion). Now my question is:
1. Whether it is legal to get married without taking divorce or consent from his first wife, as the Muslim law permits for 4 marriages in the life time?
2. Can the first wife file for maintenance?
3. What precautionary measures can she take?
4. Any other relief plz suggest?

jaswnt singh naam k ladke ne isshan jwellers k paas meri two fingers rings girvi rakhi thi, 15000 Rs. mei. sunar ka ghar mere ghar k paas hai es liye card or total maoney lekar mai raat 9:00 pm uske ghar gai apna saman lene, to usne card or pase lekar kaha ki saman kisi k paas hai kal aa kar le jana. jaswant singh sham ko uski shop par rings lene gaya to usne kaha ki jis ladki k gahne hai wo khud aa kar le jaye. after 6:00 pm mai uski shop par gayi to usne mujhe kaha ki jin shopkeepers ne tujhe meri shop ka address diya hai to un logo ne tere saath kuch kiya hoga ese liye tujhe address mila hai to tu mere saath vi kuch raatein gujar le to mai tujhe teri rings kya aur bhi gahne bana dunga usne mujhe sexually harass karne ki koshish ki hai tab maine usi time apna MC, pahechan wale, aur husband ko bulaya, sare sunar bazar me uski insult ki sare sunar uske khilaaf hai, DSP madam k paas complaint ki thi mere saath kai villages k sarpanches bhi gaye the madam ne use bhi bhulaya tha, par usne sari baato se inkar kar diya usne jhooth bola ki usne kuch nahi kiya hai. phir police ne use chod diya police ne kuch nahi kiya aur FIR bhi darj nahi ki. evidence agar nahi hai to kya wo jaanwar ese hi free rehega. koi law nahi. koi tareeka nahi use sabak sikhane ka. mai 2 months se pregnant hu par apne hak aur maan samaan ke kiye kuch bhi kar sakti hu plz mujhe guide karein ki ab mai kya karu ki mujhe insaaf mile. plz help me. service tax and vat on bangalore property 2014
I have bought an under-construction flat of land-owner share in Bangalore , with sale agreement value of 3500000 (basic + car park). Registration was done with total cost of 20,18,000 as sale consideration.Flat is still not ready.The builder has calculated ST & VAT at 8.59% of (flat value + car park + amenities + BWSSB + BESCOM). Is this right ? Is 8.59% the right percentage and is he supposed to calculate it on all the items I have mentioned? Or is it to be calculated on sale agreement value or is it on the sale deed value?In the end, how does the government recover VAT and ST from the builder/land-owner(based on which values)? Please note my flat is land-owner share.
