No objection certificate

My Query is about NOC, I am working in a PSU and wishing to apply for government jobs for which my current organization is delaying to give NOC.

Now my questions are

1. If i HIDE my details regarding working in PSU as am not able to get NOC before last date of applying job which they ask in Notification.
2. What happens If I get NOC AFTER last date of notification and attend interview stating above said problem
3. If I have selected and later they came to know that I WAS WORKING in PSU. What hardest action can they take on me after any stage they came to know about this. (Though Before joining if I have resigned and taken reliving letter from PSU)
4. Is NOC so necessary if am applying for Govt jobs. IF THERE IS NO relation with my current work nature to job which applyed (Like Manufacturing sector to Administrative type)
5. Some people say NOC and reliving letters are only for work experience consideration/age relaxation if required is it so?

Appeal quesry

Dear team,

The Plaintiff had filed a suit. The defendant no. 1 has forged the documents of the plaintiff and then sold it to defendant no. 2 and defendant no. 2 sold it to defendant no. 3. then next to 4. During the pendency of the suit the defendant no.4 sold the property to defendant no. 5.

The court has passed the decree that the fraudulent sale deeds done by defendant no. 1 to 5 be cancelled and said null and void.

The defendant no. 5 has been ordered to demolish the building at his own cost and hand over the possession to the plaintiff.

Now the defendant no. 5 has gone for an appeal in the district court.

My question is Can the defendant no. 5 go in for an appeal against the plaintiff. He is the person who has taken the property during the pendency of the suit and it has already settled in the trial court that he has already taken during the pendency of the court.

More over the title is not passed to any of the defendants.

kindly reply.

Reopening of case

I had withdrawn my case on 03.09.2014 due to being pressurized by my lawyer to do the same by telling me that heavy penalties will be levied on you upto Rs. 50 thousand if the case is dismissed and when I told him I am ready to pay the same. He increased the penalty amount to Rs. 5 lacs and when I even agreed to that, he started telling me that I may be sent to jail so I should withdraw my case and immediately he withdrew the case in my presence. I was in a confused state of mind at that time. Later on, I wrote details about withdrawal of case to the Chief Justice of the High Court within a week and hope that Chief Justice will do some justice with me.
