Condonation of delay

an appeal is filed against my friend. he was acquitted in FIR case. now a appeal is filed under 372 crpc in session court. it was filed on 83 day hence late by 23 days. the council from petitioner side alleged in appeal that it was in time. when it was bring in to the notice of court at final hearing (after 11 months), the council take another date. now can he filed condonation application at the time of final argument? if yes , then whether he has to justify only 23 days or 11 months and 23days. the council is senior lawyer.

Property registration

Dear Sir,I Purchased a Residential Flat in Kalyan in 1986. Since i was working abroad i gave a power of attorney to one of my relative for Registration. The document was presented with the Registrar with the power of attorney. I was informed that the registration process is completed. Since my relative shifted from Maharashtra the registration paid receipt was lost by them. This was located two years before and now i have a registration receipt in the builder's name. The receipt shows Pending Admission. I also received a notice from the registrar office Thane in 2001 claiming Stamp Duty for the above sale deed. This was paid and i have the receipt. The registration receipt has a document no.In the notice received for Stamp Duty the document no. is different but all other details are as per my agreement. The originol agreement is not with me and is still with the registrar.I have copies of the sale deed If the document is Pending admission can this be cleared and normalised now. What will be the procedure and charges. Pl.advice.

Appointment of court receiver

Dear Sir,
My 86 year old relative lady filed a case 18 years ago claiming property share, already mentioned on documents like CTS NO. House Tax Receipt etc. from other relative.

Her right noted on execution of Will of her Uncle. She was living in same accommodation . Unfortunately when she was not there for a week her daughter, internal wall was dismantled by opponent.

Court is not giving judgment, Adv praying for appointment of court receiver and taken Rs. 1500/- without receipt. Present Adv. is so busy not replying properly. Can Old Widow lady get justice before died ? Or her three daughter also have to fight for justice ? On court date she wait in court for whole day but nothing happen. can she give Power of Attorney to her daughter to attend the case?

Expecting valuable opinion to help the lady.

Cancellation charges + commission

hello

I have booked office space with a reputed builder. For some reason after 18 months or so I need to cancel these bookings.

As per MOU, builder can deduct upto 20% of paid amount and refund rest. However when we approach to them they are claiming that the booking was done with one of there channel partner as they do not take direct bookings. So the commission was given to that channel partner is recoverable from customer.

We were not aware of any such commission given to any until this day. Booking receipts also do not shows or written any such kind of details or channel partner name.

Please advice what are our options? How we can get our money back in short time as I am needy of my hard earn money.

Request for an advice

Dear Sir,

Can you please help me out with an issue I am facing with my previous employer by providing me some advice. The employer has put restrictions to stop me from joining a similar industry, he has taken a affidavit (non compete and non solicitation) on a Rs. 100 stamp paper from me which contains a statement from me that directly says that I agree to not join in any organisation that competes with the business of the previous company all this happened at the time of my relieving from the company. Will there be any problem If I join a competitor now, I came to know from a friend of mine that it will become a invalid agreement because it violates a constitutional right "Right to Work". I am not getting any clear idea, please sir please provide me some advice. Also how many days can a employer take to settle the money? My previous employer also blocked my salary and paid leaves. Please help me out from this issue sir, I will be thankful to you.
