SIR, I HAVE FILED ONE CIVIL CASE FOR CANCELLATION OF ADOPTION DECLARATION. I WANT TO KNOW THAT ON THE DATE FIX BY THE COURT FOR ISSUE FRAMING, WHO PREPARE THE ISSUE. IS IT THE COURT WHO FRAME THE ISSUE OR THE PLAINTIFF HAS TO SUBMITS THE ISSUE RELATED TO MATTER.

i have filed specific performance case in court in 2010 (NM pending in court). now the defendant has filed counter blast LE&C suit in 2014 in the small causes court in which i have filed Ws and challenged jurisdiction.
i want to file stay application for small causes suit.
Pls guide Respected experts.

two official colleagues belonging to category- lodged FIR against me under section 3(1)(x) of SC and ST Act ,1989 which is false rather. They made complaint that I told cast related words publicly. during inquiry haled by the ASP statement given by them, that she never told such words to us but after 7 days they changed their statement and under 164 their statement have been taken in front of Chief Judicial magistrate by the police with some Witness,without submitting Challan is it possible.
Besides this it has come to my knowledge that a judgement have been given by the Hon'ble Supreme court that any one can say publicly above mention words for himself but it should not be spoken to an individual who relates to CS/ST category kindly suggest me as it is the Ques. of my carrier please.

I own a flat in Mumbai where my Brother is staying as gratuitous licensees.The building is going in for redevelopment and and the builder is expecting the IOD soon. Brother is now threatening of not vacating the flat and had filed a case in City civil case against me claiming certain rights over the flat.
Can I sell the flat to the builder or anyone else while the case is still underway?

I work with a leading aviation airline. Recently, we have got an opportunity to purchase/get back the aircraft which we bought on hire purchase in 2001 from one foreign lessor. Could you please advise and let me know the documentation that will be required to change the ownership of the aircraft from foreign lessor to us or if we have to pay any duty, govt taxes in india for that purchase. Registration of under construction flat in bangalore
Dear Sirs,
I have booked an under construction flat (apartment) from a known builder in Uttrahalli Area in Bangalore.
This is 16 flats construction in the area of around 5000 sq ft.
The flat is 60% completed at present(Up to walls) and Bank has approved my loan papers for 80% of the property value. I have paid around 5 Lack as advance also.
Now, since bank has granted the home loan clearance builder is asking for us go with registration and he projected to complete the project in the month of March 2015.
I dont know the conquences of preregistration before the project get completes. I am in a fix as to either go for registration or should wait till the possession of the flat.
Kindly suggest.
