dear sir/madam
my ques is related to previous all misconducts of my husband
1 he put me and my 8 month daughter out of house now we r with my parents from 2 years
2 he filed false case on us that we (me and my family) ruined his reputation in front of public.in this case he also submit application in front of judge but judge dismiss it and case is in my favor..
3 when my parents went to his house for talking.he put false complaint in police station against my parents that they manhandled his mother .his mother got admitted in hospital for 6 days..but after police inquiry and doctor report and all nurse opinion my husband and his mother proved wrong and police shut the case and give warning to my husband not to come again with false complaint.
4 which complaint i put to ssp office few months back my husband promise us for compromise and to take us back he said us to take our complaint back we take it back but he didn't come....
5 i file dv case on him few months back in which he put application to dismiss my case but judge dissmiss his application..
after all these misbehaviours of my husband how can i use all these incidents against him? he is doing wrong with me as well as my daughter ..not giving my belongings as well as my qualification certificates...what shoul i do?????

Sir,
A friend of mine working under same Govt Job at BBSR took a hand loan of Rs 6.8 Laks by cheque but not returned in time agreed by a stampaper agreement.
Gave two check of Rs 4 lakhs with no balance, than another 1.5 laks with same condition. I went to police to lodge a FIR but police did not receive, denied by courier post too.
Than he came to me by my call and pressure to a 150 Km place from BBSR to have a another agreement. But he phoned his wife to lodge a FIR at BBSR that he is kidnaped.
Police came and court forwared me , even when counter FIR was given convincing that it shall not be under 365/34 etc.
During Court Arrest period of 17 days Govt suspended me , after I came I filed a mony suit of Rs 9.25 laks and a cheque bounce case. Both these cases are pending. He has returned rs 75 thousand by draft in the court against NI Act case of Cheque bounce.
Now the GR case corresponding to PS case is stayed by HC Cuttack Odisha, the OPTCL the employee/Govt under taking is not a party. Also by another HC has orderd the Govt to follow the gradation list , by another case.
Under these condition shall my promotion be done by DPC as par with my friends etc.I am not having any departmental charge sheet,5 effective regular CCRs(at presnt ,excluding 4 CCRs of suspension period),25 years of Service,2 previous Suspensions set all right. etc

Sir,Summons was served on me on 14/08/14 and subsequently on 21/08/14 the honble CJSD passed No WS and exparte proceeding order as i didnt appeared on the said date. Subsequently,on 22/09/14 i appeared in said matter and had filed my Vakalatnama and simultenously pressed an Application for setting aside No WS and exparte proceeding order,however,on the same day as i was not ready with my WS therefore the Honble CJSD Court rejected my said application considering to be not tenable as the same is not been filed alongwith WS. Sir,So my grievance is that if on the next date i am ready with my WS then whether i hv to make the Application before the same judge who has passed No WS order or before Higher Authority next to CJSD Court. Plz help

sir. after d death of my grandfather. me and my sons were the only legal heir to survive and succeed to his estate i.e. agricultural land. however. before our name could recorded in revenue record we have sold that property to someone else through registered sale deed in d year 1970 and at the relevant point of sale my sons age was just 1year n i had sold whole property even my share and also of my minor sons share as we had equal share. So sir my query is this that when our name was not been recorded in 7/12 extracts whether we have the right to sale that property and another thing as my son was minor at same time so can i had the right to sell his share also on his behlaf and whether the sale deed can be held valid

Dear Experts,
1. Thanks for your replies. Our Building going for redevelopment under 33(7). Mhada Inspected our premises, we have submitted govt and semi govt docs prior to 1996 and current docs to prove our occupancy (except Rent Receipt) to Mhada and they certified our Eligibility and sent us Certified Tenants/Occupants List and in the occupant column our name is there but the Tenants column they kept blank and remarks column they mention Landlord never issued Rent receipt of this premises. Developer also certified the Tenant/ Occupant list, Landlord is also staying in same building and received Tenants/ Occupants List and raised no objection to MHADA accepting our eligibility and our name in occupant column.
2. Developer is non-cooperate with us he did not show/explain the proposed bldg plan and obtained consent of majority tenants and avoided to meet us. avoided to so we did not given our consent to them all other tenants have given the consent.
3. Now two months after MHADA sent certified tenants/Occupants list to all tenants and landlord and time for objections if any is 30 days, developer & landlord are now claiming to MHADA that we forcefully trespassed into the premises in 2000 and are unauthorised occupants though landlord has never till date stated this nor sent us any notice or complaint to police, BMC etc
4. We have refuted all allegations and provided all documentary proof to MHADA and also some cheque paymens prior to 1996 made to landlord.
5. In view of the above, what is our position regarding tenancy as MHADA and developer himself already accepted our eligibility as occupants based on inspections and documents submitted by us in certified tenant/occupant list ?
I would appreciate your reply in this matter Know what steps we should be taken in this matter?.

Dear all,
One of my friend facing problem of IPC 279, fact of the case he was drive in wrong side at nominal speed and police himself framed charge sheet under IPC 279.
Whether this will affect his career ? (he was planning to go abroad)
What are the consequence arise under this matter ?
Please as soon as possible provide information.

I (sub contractor) am staying in Pune, employer i.e. Main Contractor is Delhi based. As per contract clause all issues arising from Contract to be addressed in Arbitration at Delhi. In my case there is no dispute on outstanding liability amount, however my outstandings remain unrealised for last year. Employer is financial doldrums and is expected to file Insolveny suit. My intention prior to his filing suit is to secure by way of attaching his assest, as currently his liabilities far exceed his existing asset. Arbitration proceed may take too long, can I directly approach Court and seek my relief ?? Kindly guide.

Gud evening all. My wife filed 498 A on me but neither she nor her lawyer/relatives come to court on hearing dates. Three dates have passed but she/ lawyer did not come. What may be her intention behind this. Is this her tactics to harass me. What should my further course of action to tackle this . My lawyer is not telling me the correct picture.

Compensation for loss for land
i have a client whose forefather had lost his land to goverment about 60 years ago. No compensation has yet been paid for the same. Can i get compensation by filing an WPC in HC? Is there any limitation to agitate that isssue? pls enlighten me
