Query pertaining to aviation sectors

Dear Sir,
I did not intend to seek clarification again and again. Very Sorry. In fact, the actual intention was not to seek information about the draft as documentation. However, which are the documents/details we need to submit to DGCA to get back the aircraft back from the owner and transfer it in our name. The last installment is scheduled in the month of October.
Thanks.

Adverse possession

What is adverse possession?
I have not gone to my office because of an injunction, which was granted in October 2006. The injunction was granted because my brothers misled the court.
The injunction no longer exists.
My brothers are claiming adverse possession now.
Is there any remedy?
The police say get court order then we will help you.
Can I now explain to the court about the flaws in the court order (by which they got injunction).
At that time I did not appeal, because talks were going for settlement of all issues, but which have now been settled partially.
The office is in the name of 3 brother, including myself as second shareholder. The building where my office is not a cooperative society, but a Limited Company.
I need to work from the office.
Please let me know if you require further details
