அன்பார்ந்த வழக்கறிஞர்களே,
என் வயது 65, நான் ஒரு வெல்லம் வியாபாரி, எனக்கு 2 மகன்கள்...
என் மூத்த மகனுக்கு திருமணம் முடிந்து 3 குழந்தைகள் இருக்கு, என் இரண்டாவது மகனுக்கு திருமணம் முடிந்து குழந்தையில்லை, இரண்டாவது மகன் போலியோவினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு நடக்க இயலாதவன்...
என் சுய சம்பாத்யத்தில் 3 வீடுகள் வாங்கினேன், அதில் ஒன்றை என் மனைவி பெயரில் வாங்கியுள்ளேன், இரண்டாவது மகன் உடல் ஊனமுற்றவன் என்பதால், அவன் பெயரில் ஒரு வீட்டினை உயில் எழுதிவைத்துவிட்டேன்..
இன்னொரு வீடு என் பெயரில் இருக்கிறது...
ஒரு வாகனவிபத்தில் சிக்கி என் முதுகு எழும்பு முறிந்து சறியாக நடக்க முடியவில்லை...
என் செலவுகளுக்கு வீட்டில் இருந்து வரும் வாடகையை நம்பி உள்ளேன்..
வாடகையை வைத்து நான், எனது மனைவி, என் இரண்டாவது மகன் குடும்பமும் சாப்பிடுகிறோம். என் முதல் மகன் குடியிருக்க ஒரு வீடும் ஒரு கடையும் குடுத்துள்ளேன்.
அதற்கு அவன் எனக்கு எந்த வாடகையும் கொடுப்பதில்லை, எனக்கு எந்த உதவியும் செய்வதில்லை, என்னை வந்து பார்ப்பதும் இல்லை..
என் தந்தை எனக்கு 1/2 ஏக்கர் நிலம் கொடுத்தார், 15 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னால் அதை என் வியாபார நஷ்டத்தை சமாளிக்க விற்றுவிட்டேன். அது என் பெயரில் இருந்ததால் என் மகங்கள் கையொப்பம்மின்றி அவர்களுக்கு தெரிந்தே விற்றேன்.
இப்போது என் மூத்த மகன் என் பெயரில் உள்ள வீட்டினை அவன் பெயரில் எழுதிக்கொடுக்க வற்புருத்துகிறான், முடியாதென்றால் என் மீது சட்டப்படியான நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பேன் என்றும், எனக்கு வரும் வாடகை பணத்தை வராமல் செய்துவிடுவேன் என்று மிரட்டுகிறான்..
அவன் குடியிருக்கும் வீடு நான் சுயமாக சம்பாதித்து வாங்கி என் பெயரில் இருக்கிறது, போலிஸ், கோர்ட், என்று சென்றாள் அவமானம் என கருதி நான் செல்ல தயங்குகிறேன்...
எனக்கு ஆங்கிலம் தெரியாது, ஆகையால் தமிழில் என் கேள்விகளை சமர்ப்பிக்கிறேன், தயவு செய்து, கீழே வரும் என் கேள்விகளுக்கு ஆலோசனை தாருங்கள்..
1). எனக்கும் என் மனைவிக்கும் மருத்துவ செலவு அதிகமாக வருவதால் என் மூத்த மகனிடம் மாதா மாதம் செலவுக்கு பணம் கேட்க எனக்கு உரிமை உள்ளதா?
2)என் மூத்த மகனால் என் மேல் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்து என் பெயரில் உள்ள சொத்துக்களை அவனால் முடக்க முடியுமா?
3)நான் சம்பாதித்த, என் பெயரில் உள்ள வீட்டில் உட்கார்ந்துகொன்டு என்னிடம் சன்டை போடும், என்னை துன்புருத்தும் என் மகன் மீது சட்டப்பூர்வமாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முடியுமா?
தயவு செய்து எந்த விதமான சட்டப்பூர்வமான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தாள் நானும், கால்கள் நடக்க முடியாத என் இளைய மகனும் பிரச்சனையின்றி வாழ முடியும் என்ற ஆலோசனையை கூறுங்கள்..

My sister filed sec 125 against her Husband two months before and a Summon was sent to him But her husband did't appear in the court on first date. So what should be our next important step that he bounds to appear in the court because my sister and her Child did't getting any maintenance for the last one year.

Dear Sir
I was working as Manager Operations/Kerala in a courier company delivering online booking packages as collect on delivery. due to sales tax & other issues the co. had stopped work in march 2014.
since there was no salary for the last few months i had resigned.
during the last months they had come back with a list of packages stating that these were not accounted or paid. I had replied to check with accounts person who was collecting & depositing cash.
they had sent goondas to my house to harass me & my family even though there was nothing payable from my side. Though i told them to go legally they had not done so.
what is the remedy available to me so that these sort of people are brought to book & also to ensure that honest persons & their families are not victimised, harassed or threatened by such vindictive & unsocial elements.

education trust in mumbai (Maharashtra). Education doesn't come under scheduled employment in maharashtra. In this situation, Minimum Wages Act will be applicable on us? If no, then what act will be applicable on us?

I had joined a company 3 months back, but at the time of joining i was not told about the signing of 3 years bond of employment with a penalty of 12 months salary in case of breach of bond. Now they are forcing me to sign the bond.
I would like to know whether this bond is enforceable in India or not.

in my housing society, few members having bank loan for home. So as of now they are legally not a owner of their house.
So my question is
1. can this type of house hold person(owner) can issue a power of Attorney to somebody for attending society meetings and participate for voting?
2. can this type house hold person (owner) can issue a power of Attorney to somebody for to make him member of society working committee along with some post (chairman , secretary etc.)
Can you pls guide what kind of power of attorney get issue limited to / for housing society.

Sir,
I have purchased a 30X40 from seller who is dead. And he is not having any legal heir.
In sale deed dimention is typed as 40X30.And it is registered and Khata is in my name.
Now Bank is refused to give loan because of this error.
Please guide me.

An HUF where the Karta was only male and it has wife and two major daughter as member/coparceners.The Karta has expired.The HUF has a Bank account with the demised karta as signatory.Now the Bank is asking for "Succession Certificate" and says it will distribute the credit amount among three ladies equally on receipt of succession certificate.However my Income Tax Practioner has opined that the HUF never dies and it shall continue to exist with a different Karta(choosen by the remaining three members) and there is no need and also provision for Issue of a :Succession Certificate" in case of HUF as it is a Constituted Body whereas the Sucession Certificate is issued in case of death of an individual without will.
Money is held up. Please give opinion for right step.

Lic - compassionate job request
Hi Team,
Thank you for looking into this Query.
My father has served in LIC for 7 years as a Record Clerk and passed away on 07/06/2007 with a disease.
We are 3 children to my father. Elder daughter who was married long ago. I am a second daughter who was unmarried during the incident and got married after an year.
I have a younger brother who was minor during the above time.
My mother has requested for a compassionate job to the minor son and kept escalating to higher authorities.
However, during 2008, 09 and 2010, LIC has rejected saying that request cannot be honored as the son was minor during the incident and closed the matter.
In the year 2011, LIC has clearly stated that job would have been given to me who was major and unmarried during the incident occurred.
Could you please guide me, if I can request for that job now, ie., after 7 years of my fathers death?
