Sir,
I understand that there is a law that loud speakers cannot b used beyond 10 PM. But in our locality, loud speakers are put even after mid night during many festivals. I can say nearly 100 days in an year we have lot of disturbances. The volume is such that we get headache.
I went to police station to tell them about this. They controlled one or two days, but they are telling to give written complaint in future. But I am worried of written complaint because the area is really bad and full of goons.
I would like to know following:
Why police cannot act without complaint? Is it not their duty to maintain law and order?Do they need some complaint? If this is the case how our safety can be ensured?
What else we can do without disclosing our ID.

if some one already has a BPO licence ,but some foreign clients are interested to contract with my company . can my company take his licence on lease and then contract with the foreing client and work?

dear experts,
four brothers are living in their late father's house and using the electricity which is in the name of their father and for payment of electricity bills one brother who is government servant is saying the electricity bill is to be paid equally, but the younger brother being single is saying i have not used the same amount of electricity being single, other two are living with their family and are waiting for the resolution of the dispute between the two. What is remedy and what is the proper forum for the rest two brother as the electricity department is saying without paying the dues the department can not issue a fresh connection in their names.

Beyond all my allegations of my husband raised for get divorced from me and get the only son's(9 Years) custody, and as per the latest court order to give the child for weekend to his father but child is strongly opposing to meet his father, to talk with and even he refused to accept any gift from his father. my in-laws are creating violence at our doorstep. i too take out an order of not to allowed them in my house premises at 144(2) act. my son also has injunction from court no to go out of kolkata. but suspecting some violent situation i am stealthy going my uncle's house.
My question is ...is there any law to protect my son from this situation. Upto to the next appeal to court?

My client took a loan of Rs 10 Lac from a Govt. Financial Institution in the Year 1985. Due to financial crises he could not repay the loan.
Now, in August 2014, the Govt. Financial Institution served a legal notice on my client demanding Rs. 6.5 Crore approx (inclusive of Principal & Interest) and; if amount is not paid within a week then Financial Institution shall issue a Personal Recovery Certificate in name of my client.
My query is:
Can the Govt. Financial Institution file a recovery suit after 29 years of disbursement of Loan Amount?
is the Suit not time barred under Limitation Act?
Can I file an injunction suit against the Financial Institution as notice is null and void due to limitation act?
Any other remedy if available then please suggest.
