Dear sir
I have take a cash credit loan from vijaya bank. I have take loan under ssi scheme. and mse scheme. it is a CGTMSE loan.
I have supplied goods to all shop.and i have got invoice and delivery Callahan.
Sir i am getting calls from banker to repay. the say that they will file police complaint and civil suits and DRT cases against my firm. and they say they will arrest me. What they can do sir police complaint or DRT or Civil Case.
Can i file case based on invoice and delivery Callahan.to claim they amount from my customer.

Sir,I am appearing from the side of the accused in a complaint u/s 138 and there are a total of 5 complaints pertaining to the same transaction and same cause of action,the accused had issued 5 security cheques to the complainant which i will prove at the relevant stage.
But the query is that the counsel of the complainant does not keep all the 5 different complaints on the same day and instead to harass my client/accused try to keep that on different days so to cause the presence of the accused and to harass him and even the judge is also satisfied with the complainant's counsel.
Is there any remedy for the protection of the rights of the accused under any provision or under art.21 that if the accused is facing more than 1 case of the same nature then all the same cases should be listed on the same day in order to protect the rights of the accused.

Can anyone please guide me regarding the above ruling by the supreme court.
one person has put a cheque bounce case on another person on march 2014, till now the accused has not yet appeared in the court. According to above ruling deponent need to put the cheque at the place where the bank is locted. But this case is registered in a court on march 2014 itself. Do the deponent also need to shift the case to the place where the bank is locted. or any provisions are there to continue at the old place itself. Here deponent is a Lady and her family has a life threat from the opponent side.

Dear Sir,
i was adopted by my father at the age of 1. My age is now 33. i am married having 2 children. He has a property in his name, where we all are staying right now.
The part of the property was legally sold to a temple trust. Now for the remaining property, my father wrote a settlement deed to me on Rs 100 stamp paper and also it is registered without my knowledge. In the deed he has mentioned that I am adopted from these persons and also the part that is given to temple trust.
Till now we didn't get patta for this property. Few questions on this
1. Please let me know is this valid settlement document ?
2. If I want to get patta in my name what is the process ?
3. Also regarding the part of the land registered to temple trust, will I get patta for the part of which I am staying right now ?
Please advice me

My grandfather has died in the year 1999.My house was alloted by the government in his name and there is no sale deed for this house.his second wife is alive and she has no child.his first wife's daughter is my mother and she is handicapped and widow.All the requirements and expenditure for the house was paid by my father only.May i know how to get sale deed for this property.

i want to know whether developer can sell his share of flats independently as mentioned in developere agreement as landowner has already sold out his share without obtaining developers signatures.?
both developer agreement and partition deed are notorised ,but not registered and the project is complete.?

I am a govt employee
A outside person is continuously making complaints against me in vigilance / CVC by putting various kind of false allegation of corruption / misconduct etc.
Office has started investigation in the matter but could not find any thing substantial against me as on date. In fact ppl dealing with this issues are well aware about that person and they know he is habitual of making such complaint but they are afraid if they will initiate action against him so he will start targeting them and I cant get the detail of complainant officially.
If I am not wrong so i should not be worried but somehow all this is disturbing peace of mind and bring my credibility down in office.
Please advice how to deal with this
