My neighborer have dog.She kept it in common staircase area.My family get disturb & it is inconvenient for to & fro.
I ask her to kept dog inside her flat. But she can't agree.
What can I do ?

Hello,
We completed agreement of assignment for a flat last week and I found that my lawyer mentioned incorrect pin code in the document.
Same mistake is done while paying for registration fee and stamp duty via online form.
Also age of seller and buyer are slightly different.
What are implications of these mistakes and what should be done to correct these?

yes father had made all his property. by birth he didnot got anything. My father is paying tax in huf heading. He (bro) had not showed me any paper by orally he saying saying all this. He said that its under huf heading so it will go to only olest male male son in family and u will not get any share in it and u married also.And father had made him nominee also. i also want to ask what means nominee. If he is nominee then i will not get share. if suppose he is nominee on fds then he will get all this amt no share in that also. i none more sis also.

Please advise me how to use an email as evidence in court.
I mean, will a simple printout be accepted by the court, how to certify it as a true copy or a true/authentic printout of the original mail???

sir i'm a central govt. employe in kvs. before this i was in nvs(navodaya vidyalaya samiti) i was resigned from my job and after this i joined kvs(kendriya vidyalaya sangathan)now kvs give me a nps reg. form but i have already an nps (ppran) no.so i can't fill that form and i didn't apply proper chanel so i can't say that i have an nps card. so what i do ? will i lost my job ? plz give me a legal advise.

Remedy for defamation and mental haaresment
sir,In 1995 my father made a will in which he distributed all his movable and immovable property between me,my 4 sisters,my wife and my daughters in which he made me the executor.
In 1998 my father died,after that the property was distributed as per his will and all the mutations took place.
In 2001 my 4 sisters jointly gave me registered p.o.a.empowering me to act on behalf of them for each and every work as they live in different place and i acted as their direction and sold some of their residential plots and deposited all money to their accounts where they have debit balances.
In 2013(after 15 years of death of my father) my 4 sisters published a notice in news paper for cancelling the p.o.a. and served me a legal notice of making a false will and demanded equal share in property.I responded that legal notice clarifying all the facts. After that they did not acted upon the matter.
now recently in sept.2014,one of my sister who resides abroad made a police complaint that she was not in india at the time of execution of the p.o.a and the signature is of somebody else and attached passport copy as a proof.
other 3 sisters are not saying a word in this matter.The p.o.a. was sent to me by my sisteres to my place where i reside.I was not present in that place where the p.o.a. was executed.
In newspaper notice and in legal notice they all 4 accepted that they have given the p.o.a
to me.
Can I sue them for defamation and mental harresment? or any other suggestions which you like please advice.
