Hello Sir,
I am working in a PSU as class 1 officer. I want a transfer in a central govt unit under the same department. Is there any rule that this transfer is not possible? Please inform me sir.

Dear Experts,
I was an employee of a Pvt. Company, which is a 100% subsidiary of an Belgium based company, dealing in heavylift equipment rental and providing engineering services. I have worked there for 27 months. After handling a huge mental pressure for a long time, one good day, i have decided to quit the company. I have resigned on 6th August, and offered a full 3 months notice to the company as per appointment policy. On 23rd of August newly joined Regional HR & my department head has called me up for an adhoc meeting and asked me to get relived by same day, without any prior notice. However they agreed to issue relieving in date of 31st August, and show 7 days on LWOP. (23rd-31st Aug.).
In past, they have always recovered the pay in lieu of waiving notice period from all the employees who couldn't serve full notice, but now when it's their turn to pay salary in lieu of early relieving, they said it's management discretion that they don't need to pay you anything in lieu of early release.
Now it's been a month, and after several reminders to the management, they have sent me an email with F&F calculation, where they have made a deduction of rs. 1,00,000 against an employment bond, which i have never signed. They have sent me to UK for a meeting, but it was not for any training or studies etc. it was just to attend several meeting with various managers in 3 week period. Now they claim to recover cost of travel through that fake bond, which wasn't signed by me, neither any of other employees have signed any bond, who were travelling with me.
Moreover they have given threat for spoiling career and give negative reference checks as well, when i said that there is no bond as such, for which i have audio recording evidences as well.
Please suggest, to whom i can complain, and which acts govern these kind of issues ? (My Monthly salary was Rs. 60,000 )

I filed suit under specific relief act, can I get interium order for temparory injunction on the suit schedule property for not toalienate that property to another, otherwise anything else for better relief for me suggest me.

I am married since 14 yrs & having a 3 kids.
Actually, 3 yrs back, as a result of mutual affection to a divorcee lady in my office, we decided to live in relation.
To the sake of satisfaction to her mother, we also undertook 7 rounds around fire in a temple.
We also had a child from that relationship.
Just after birth of child, she along with her boy-friend started to blackmail me for 1 crore rupees.
Now to my surprise, she has filed a complaint against me under various sections and demanding that huge amount beyond my reach.I am under big tension.
Now just few days back, i came to know that her boy-friend who is also married to someone else, was her previous live-in-relation & was living in her house as husband. And that house is in the name of both of them as husband & wife.
Life has become hell now for me now.

Dissertation
My wife is not staying with me for the past 4 months . She has been detected with advanced stage of breast cancer. I want to treat her. Since I am a Govt Employee, I will get the reimbursement from my Department.
There are many allegations of my wife against me. The most important one being I misbehaved with her. At some point of time , she also said my parents also misbehaved with her. So, I had to stay separately with her in a rented house before she was detected with breast cancer. Nobody in my locality or where I stayed separately with her in the rented house will say that I misbehaved with her.
To my knowledge , she is staying separately with me so that she can claim divorce on the ground of dissertation. If she can get divorce, she will also get my child. She is being helped by some of her relatives.
I come from a conservative family. I want to stay with my wife and also treat her.
What shall I do?
