1.my wife has filed a false dv case on me and 5 other members of my family.
2.she then filed 498a on me and 8 other members of my family.
3.she then filed stay on my flat which is in joint ownership with my bro.
4.she filed cancellation of anticipatory bail on 2 of us.
5.I filed child custody on her as she is not allowing me to meet my daughter from 2 yrs.
6.I filed one more case on her u/s156(3) of crpc.
7.now I am attending only court dates all the time.
8.My boss is terrible depressed with me that I am not in office half the time he is paying me only 3500/- p.m.
9.the court has ordered an interim maintainence of 5000/- p.m.
10.I want to appeal in the session court to reduce the maintainence but
11. I want to know weather I can go to high court and get all cases finalised in oe bench itself.

Dear Sirs,
We have some land which was taken by my father in the year 1989 and we hold the complete documents related to this land and we are taking different kinds of loans from banks since 20 years.
but now all of a sudden some one has come claiming that this land has been purchased by them in the year 1980 and they are threatening me saying that they will be proceed legally.
kindly help me out in this issue to proceed furher.

I am seeking a lawyer who specialize in property law and government law. Someone people has cancelled my “Land Record” using the Krishnanager “BLR office” through bribes and “Re-corded my land” to their names. I have my original official land registration, copy of the original Land Record from BLR office and receipts that prove that I have paying taxes for my land. The corrupt official at the BLR office influence by money and local politician has removed my name from my land records and put someone else’s name for my land .
I need a potent and highly qualified layer to file a lawsuit against the BLR Office and/or the government of west Bengal for illegally transferring my land to someone else’s name.
Your recommendation will be highly appreciated.

I got married in feb 2009 and facing a false case u/s 498a since 2011. She has also filed a case of 125.i want to know what is the criteria for deciding the maintenance allowance i.e MA based on basic salary or gross or net payable??
She has also filed MA for my 2 daughter of 3 yrs so once the amount decided is final or court will decide separate amount for mother and children's.
Also what is the possibilty of divorce i.e Is there any citation available that if husband wife is not in relationship for a long time then it can be the base for divorce.

Dear Sir(s),
kindly suggest in the circumstances of the case :-
1. My quash petition before the high court is listed in hearing on 25th September, 2014 and order passed by high court that joint petition filed and case is adjourned to hear on 13th October,2014. i discussed with my lawer and he said that high court is saying to keep wife then all case will be qushed but my lawer said that situation does not allow to stay with such wife.
2. Another side, i do not know what is going on in my case that mediation is failed in the month of july, 2014 but hearing of bail petition is not taking place till now but hearing of quash petition is going on ahead. i discussed with my lawer and he said that he did not take in to consideration this point why not bail petition is coming into hearing.
sir, suggest in the above circumstances in my case, what can i take precaution ?
further siugest if my quash is not allowed in 498a case against wife then what can i do ?
if my quash is not allowed and also bail is canceled then what can i do ? as i am doing all condition as per bail order of high court.
