Dear Sirs,
I still have no clarity categorically whether a validly executed WILL with death certificate and an application is sufficient for transfer of immovable properties or movable in my name obtained through the Will specifically meant for me without any ambiguity.
The Point that I want categorically whether Legal heir certificate is still compulsorily needed or not when one is possessing a validly executed will for transfer of immovable or movable properties?

Dear Sir,
Our Society is almost 24 years old. I understand the structure of the building covers Pillars, Beams, Flooring and Ceiling and RCC Areas where Iron Rods are Used.
It is my personal opinion that cutting iron rods from RCC structre are not permitted as they not only weaken the structure but the continuity of the rods are also disturbed due to breaking in between.
Important point - People fix Split Unit on the Beam. But, in order maintain the beauty of the flat they make hole 3" diameter through the 2 feet thick beam cutting the iron rods with gas cylinder so that they can pass the split unit pipes. - IS THIS PERMITTED.
To the best of my knowledge the companies who sell the split units refuse to make holes through the beams. But, the members hire private contractor who do the job without any hesitation.
How we should solve this problem to keep our building safe.
Also, if I am not mistaken, the insurance company will also not entertain any claim if the RCC structure is disturbed.
Please give us your guidance.

Hello friends... I file dvc and mc on Jan 2014. Respondents appeared 2 times only after that not at all cmng. Im scared that this Ll take yes and that s what their moto. I HV proof against them on adultery but did nt file any for as of date. Previously I of just getting divorce that's y nt filed any cmplnts. Pls gv me acsilution how to get the cases closed ASAP

I have purchased a 30X40 site from seller in 1994. And sale deed is registered and Khata is obtained in my name. But now in my sale deed dimension is marked as 40x30. This is a typing error.
Now seller is expired leaving his wife end son. His son is a contractor and also some people advised me not to approach him because he is evil minded person and he will not put his signature on any documents, even he will not give copy of death certificate of his father.
Due to this error I cannot get any loan from banks.
Please inform me how to correct this error.

My Father is worked in RBI last 7 years back.. he went from house on duty...
but missing in 2006 July
we have all settlement from RBI offcie..
but we have some Land in fathe name..
legal how to wil transfer for that land and fixed assets..

My wife have married 2 brothers and 1 married sister ( 2brothers and 2sisters),her father has constructed own house and acquired some farm.now his age is 74 and mother age is 72.
My question is that my wife, is eligible for getting equal share of her father property in current scinario or after his death.

For a Pvt. Ltd. company with following turn over
a) FY 11-12 4 lakhs
b) FY 12-13 0 (Zero)
c) FY 13-14 20 lakhs
Audit under tax is not required, while audit under company's law is required/
What is the practical difference? In company's law, if the lawer is any way checking all details, like bills etc. what is the point of not submitting audit under income tax act?

sorry for not providing much information let me keep it now
When i was out of room 3 unknown persons came to my room and threatened my friend that i have to pay them Rs 5000, i talked to them at the time of incident but they didnt provided any related information of them, later they carried way 2 laptops, mobile phones, harddisk with them.
we approached police next day and within 3 days they recovered the belongings, now thing is accused persons are students (ages 23, 21, 19) and its high time for all students to appear for their exams so we thought to get compromised so that their life will not effect further.

my father is a retired govt teacher, he is not having birth certificate, he lost his ssc certificate, and not having any leaving certificate, can we sworn affidavit for passport application, but he is not illeterate, in this case what can we do please help.
