What are the document required to file the suit for partition (property) in chennai.
2. How much court fee appoerx in chennai tamilnadu district.to pay for court. partition.

Do any of the cooperative register head in charge have the decision or power's alone to set up a joint memo in the court for the civil suit settlement when there are no elected members or director's for almost 6 months being almost defunct Do they need any future approval of the least members in case pls lighten us Few words would be thank with prayers

Dear All,
I have few query as follows:-
1. What is the Basic wage means as per the PF Law at present and is there any case pending in the Apex court regarding the same. Should I deduct PF on only Basic & VDA (not considering other allowances) by taking the plea that case is pending in the Apex Court.
2. An employee joins my company after September 1, 2014 and had been registered with PF with his previous employer. question is
2.1.Should I contribute 8.33% of employer's contribution to FPF.
2.2.If the employee is willing to withdraw his PF with the previous employer then should I still contribute to FPF and vice versa if the employee do not want to withdraw previous PF.
2.3.What is the present rule for the fresh employee joins after Sep 1, 2014 with 15000 Basic+VDA.
I have been trying to find out the answers from various sites but things are very much
confussing. Hope some learned senior counsel will be kind enough to explain and highlight the present status on the points as anove.

My wife passed away in Bangalore this year. I have obtained Death Certificate from Bangalore City Corporation. Other than me (Husband), my only son is the legal heir. I want to apply for succession certificate. My late wife has one property in Bangalore and another one in Chennai. My question is whether I can apply for succession certificate from Chennai itself for both properties. Otherwise, whether I have to apply succession certificate separately for Bangalore property in Bangalore.
Can you also please let me know if legal heir certificate is a prerequisite for succession certificate.

sir my name on birth certificate is tanbir singh and my mothers name is harpreet singh, but on all other documents my name is tanveer singh and mothers name is harpreet kaur(her correct name). i want to apply for passport for that i want to change my and my mothers name in birth certificate. how can i do that?

I fill a Sale deed cancelation of Three saledeed Which is Made by my Grand Father is same date in Fevor of his elder son's wife & her two child.Older two Son do not found any share in his Property.Sale property is Agricultural land.His all son are born after 1953.
So I want know What is Possibelty & How?

Hi Experts ,
I have been charged with IPC 279 337 338 in bike accident case begore 2 years.I filled fine Rs 2500 in district court and case was disposed on the same day .there is no apposite party . I and my cousen fallen down from bike. And police charged me with above sections. Now I have submitted court order receipt with passport application to Passport office. Is there any poblem with my passport application ? Can I get passport and visa both ? I am working in mnc company it is required for me to travell abroad some time ... please suggest me with legal advice.....
